We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights! Rooms were very clean though small. Staff was extremely helpful giving directions! Close to restaurants and bus line. We walked everywhere....only used bus when we were leaving. If we ever get to go back, we would stay here again.

We had two rooms. It was a great location and easy to get to metro!!! I would highly recommend to anyone. Found a nice little pastry shop behind McDonald's and also an amazing dessert place a little further past the pastry shop.

There is nothing to be excited about at the Hotel Pax Opera. The location is good and this is the biggest appeal. Rooms are also bright and feel clean and fresh. For the rest, it is rather dull and forgettable. Reception is not particular friendly. I did not take the breakfast - I would advise to go out in the...

The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Lafayette. We thought this was an ideal location as from Lafayette we were 15 minutes from the Louvre and then just along the Champs Elysee. Great location, friendly helpful staff. The rooms are super clean and really cute. The bathroom setup was a little awkward but fine. The elevator is teeny and fits 2 at a time but it's a small hotel and there's never a wait.

We spent 4 nights at this lovely little hotel, the staff were very friendly and the rooms clean and a good size for Paris standards. The only negative is that it is a little out of the way from the major tourist hotspots eg, effiel tower . Highly recommend and would stay again.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
