The room was clean a bit small and looks older then on the official hotel pics. In the room you can hear metro during the day and also the water can be really loud in the room ( we stayed in 201). The breakfast was variable and good. the location was great, just close from all main attractions in Montmartre.

I usually stay in apartments when I come to Paris so this was my first time in a hotel. The location was perfect: just a few minutes from Montmartre in one direction and the big shops like Printemps in the other. The area around the hotel is up and coming with lots of new restaurants and shops. The room was...

I have stayed here a few times when attending rugby matches in Paris. As is the case with most hotels in Paris, the rooms are on the small side, however they are very clean and have everything you need for a short stay. I especially like that the drinks in the mini bar are free and the fridge is replenished...

We stayed here during 2017 new year for around 3 days. We were given room on the 4th floor. The room was neat and clean, but was small. It had mini bar with free access. The only issue was your voice could be over heard from other neighbours room. The breakfast was OK, hotel also had afternoon bar open to...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and found our stay there excellent. We were greeted by Cecelia who was polite helpful and friendly. She explained everything that we needed to know about the hotel, breakfast times, nearest metro (trains) and local sites. The hotel is very near to the Moulin Rouge and there are some really excellent local...

We stayed here having previously visited Paris 2 years ago and love the opera district. We had stayed in the astotel Joyce which is just around the corner. There was a difference. The George is nice, upon check In the reception staff were friendly but not very interactive. They crossed checked my visa card etc.. etc. and handed us an...

This hotel far surpassed our expectations and will certainly stay here again in the future. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable hotel close to many attractions in the centre of Paris. The service truly is second to none and has some lovely touches, like the free mini-bar in your room, along with the complimentary snack...

Stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel was in an ideal location for visiting many attractions, some within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and Zinnadan on reception could not do enough to assist. The hotel is querky and lots of choice at breakfast and 'open bar' with free refreshments is a very nice touch. Could not...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
