I had a lovely night in this hotel. The lady on reception was really friendly (I don't speak any French and she made it very easy!). I paid extra €5 for breakfast which wasn't much but was a welcome morning treat. The rooms are basic, but very clean. The toilets are on every floor (also clean) and I didn't ever...

This hotel is for those who need a clean room with a bed and an own bathroom. Room included bed, chairs, table, and cupboard, and a bathroom with fresh towels. Very comfortable pillows, good warm blankets, and spacious double-bed. Charger sockets and a fast wifi included. No kettle, hairdryer or shampoo provided but small pieces of soap that was plenty...

There are not many hotels like this left now: old fashioned, a bit creaky, a little shabby, but comfortable enough and reassuring. Many of the rooms share showers and toilets, and these are good, cheap options for the budget traveller. But there are also en-suite rooms, and a reasonable size, the shower more than adequate, and clean. My bedroom was...

We had a nice stay at this hotel, very goid located with lots or reasonable restaurants and caffes around. There's a supermarket 5 mins walking distance and a lovely crepperie just in the corner. I stayed here during a work visit and had mixed views. I paid £68 for a single room which did not include breakfast. I had wanted to include the breakfast as advertised but was told it was only served around 8:30 which was too late for me. The man on reception when I arrived was very unfriendly but the lady...

Great value for money hotel. Did not expect much but it I received a comfortable and spacious double bedroom with a great view. Staff members were very helpful and have given us a map with detailed explanations of the near surroundings.

We went to Paris for a short trip during Euro2016 and stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It is located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and shopping possibilities. We did not book the optional breakfast but rather went to some amazing places nearby. The rooms are quite small and rather old, but clean. Good value for money...

I stayed here with my 10 year old son for 10 days. Very good location and nice enough people. My son got sick and vomited near the elevator, I volunteered to clean it but Marie did it and was very sympathetic about it. Checking me out if he is feeling better. A pharmacist and a doctor around the corner from...

Lovely little place. Clean and organised. Probably the best location in all of Paris. Close enough to the tourist sights, yet tucked away allowing visitors experience the Parisian life. Right next to the metro. Free wifi. We had a family room and was bigger than modern hotels, due to high ceilings. Retro decor too!loved it

Very clean room and friendly staff. The location is excellent. It is very close to the subway station, but also close to many places that can be visited on foot. Places nearby where to eat? You can not decide what to choose!

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
