This hotel is in a perfect location. You can stroll down to the islands and, at night, explore the trendy Marais District. The room we had was average size but the bathroom was enormous with fabulous walk-in shower. Everything very clean. The lift is ridiculously small. 1 person and 1 bag, that's it! But it's a minor inconvenience.

the room was small with a window at a inner courtyard. so no privacy when opening the window. the red button on the safe was inside and very hard to find. there was no firealarm on the ceiling and worst of all - when showering the water was not only covering the floor of the whole bathroom but also some...

When I vacation in a city, location is important to me and this hotel is in a great location. It's within a short walk of several great neighborhoods. The hotel is located on a quite side street that runs perpendicular to two main streets that are full of the delights of Paris. Metro access is close by. Okay, our room...

We spent our first two nights in Paris here and were thrilled with the reception we received and the warmth of the room and bath. In fact, this was the BEST bathroom we had on our entire trip. The room and bath looks exactly as it does on the website, and the use of mirrors on the two closet doors...

Firstly, I cannot comment on the rooms in the annexe nor the ground floor room in the main hotel. We stayed in rooms on the first and third floor of the main hotel, and those rooms were perfect. Close to arrival I was very uncertain, having booked for six women arriving in Paris to share a special few days, and...

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
