Stayed here a couple of months back and found the hotel to be great value, clean and well placed for getting around and seeing the sights. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant with the exception of the woman in the breakfast room who was quite rude and surly but from my experience this is the norm in Paris anyway!...

More like a rehab centre for students, crap service, rooms shabby and outdated, wifi crap, vending machines crap, staff typically arrogant, 3/8 hours sleep as party next door..what a liberty should be taken off the booking.com website
