My husband and I stayed at Hotel Soft for 3 nights – it was a very nice place to stay at. I guess you can say that it has the beautiful Paris feel we all want, but in a modern way. The hotel staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We weren’t expecting the weather to be rainy during our...

I had a very mixed experience with Hotel Soft. Some staff were great, some less so. My first room had some problems, the second was very good. The price is reasonable for Paris and for the quality of the room, but they nickel-and-dime you for breakfast, internet access and so on. The first room (007) was a good size and...

Clean, comfortable rooms, very comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location next to Gares, safe neighbourhood. Only negatives: no airco, no coffee-making facilities in rooms.

Lots of pluses for this small hotel in the 10th district but the one big shortcoming was the lack of air conditioning. Warm evenings meant having to open the windows but the hotel is close to a main boulevard and the street/traffic noise from there and closer, meant too much noise for us to sleep. So the choice was open...

STAFF: Nice, friendly and helpful. This was the main reason I picked this hotel (based on reviews), and they did not disappoint. We arrived early on a rainy day, and really needed rest. Our room was ready within the hour. ROOMS: clean but small by North American standards. Furnished nicely in a modern style. Free high speed wi-fi with good...

Rooms are small but clean, comfortable and can be a bit noisy when the windows are open. The staff was helpful and friendly. With the small rooms there is very little space for baggage, however the affordable rates make up for it! Quick walk to the metro line (2 in walking distance) and great bistros very close.

Hotel was small but was ok for our needs, could have been better with air conditioning as when we arrive dit was 32 and very hot, had to leave windows open at night and was very noisy. Breakfast room was very small for hotel and a basic breakfast. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, we would stay again but...

Stayed here for 5 nights in June 2011, our ground floor room was very small but adequate, some repairs needed (wallpaper, curtains, cracked sink) and bed quite hard but pillows were soft! - also needed a chest of drawers for unpacking our clothes into. Window opened into a public courtyard at ground level so no privacy if opened for fresh...

My granddaughter and I stayed at the soft hotel for 4 nights. Yes the room and bathroom was small but very clean and nicely decorated. We were disappointed that there wasn't a safe or any drawers and only 5 hangers in the wardrobe. When we spoke to a member of staff about it,he explained because the rooms were small they...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in May 2011 - excellent hotel; rooms small but very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast delicious. The hotel is a 10 or 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord, and just a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station. It is in a pleasant street...
