Small hotel with cute rooms. Looked a bit bigger in pictures but it's got all you need. The staff is super friendly and cater to your every need. Metro station is close, and even the breakfast is very good.

Such a lovely cosy characteristic hotel. Close to the metro, restaurants, train station and even a short 10minute walk to some major attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cosy and warm, especially in the January cold! Everything you need and highly recommended. Perfect!

Friendly and very well located, Golden Hotel is very relaxed, quiet well fitted rooms with stylish ensuite, I stayed in a supreme room and found it very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, a wide range buffet at a good price. Good location as you can walk very easily from Gard du Nord but not too close to be in...

We paid EUR 100 per night for our stay between Christmas and NY (total stay 3 nights). Hotel has a good location (easy to talk to sights and close to underground). We did not take breakfast at hotel, but in stead opted to eat out. Room was decent, smaller than on the pictures but was clean and neat. One small...

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and everything was great. Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Rooms and bathrooms are completely remodeled and clean. They are small yes, but this is Paris and all apartments here are small, especially in the city center. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned every day. Location is perfect, 20...

The location is perfect, it's a 2 minute walk to 2 metros so makes the rest of the city extremely accessible. The Moulin Rouge is only a 10 minute walk away too! The room is slightly on the smaller size but there is enough room for your suitcase, there is a wardrobe, bedside tables and small draws. The bathroom was...

Your staff is very good. There is no a/c in the room. And the room is very small. breakfast is not good, seems old stuff. would not be staying again though. We needed a better hotel and experience. Lights outside were not turned on. Hard to find at night.

The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Gard du nord. It was a longer walk to the main areas by the river, but there were regular buses along La Fayette. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy reach, plus a small park. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. They all spoke...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
