Third visit here and would thoroughly recommend it. Small but very clean and great location for Chartier - fast moving queue! Plenty of local bars (frog is really good) and close to metro. Only 2 faults - breakfast is overpriced and limited- look for inclusive price- varies a lot. Also only one English Channel on tv- history type?! Staff are...

Second visit to this excellently situated hotel and it certainly won't be my last! The hotel is clean, the staff are welcoming and helpful. A friend and I had a twin room and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The rooms are not huge nor is the bathroom but it is all beautifully clean...

Okay so, first you should know is how to get to the hotel. which we find a bit hard and we required help from locals. The hotel is near Grand boulevard metro, from there you go to City berger hotels, and you see it by the left corner. The rooms are small, and not in the best quality, but the...

I normally stay in this hotel while in Paris. Positive: staff are brilliant.rooms are ample size. Silence- this hotel is situated 250m from a main boulevard, yet the silence is deafening. I slept like never before. I recommend this to friends and business partners saying, this is not the best hotel in the world, but if you want location, and...

My friends and I decided to stay at this place for our vacation in Paris. We didn't want to spend a lot so we didn't expect a lot but we were surprised by the clean room, great breakfast(5*hotel quality) and the great room service. The place was really central and we could jump right in metro to get anywhere we...

Great location near Montmartre 50 m from grand boulevard. Very quiet at night no noise from street. Breakfast was ok..need to eat early to be sure of choice. Room well cleaned every day. Lift could do with some modernisation. Was broken twice during our stay.

I stayed in mondial with my friends, in the family room, it was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The room was tidy and cozy, bathroom looked new. The corridors a bit old but we didn't mind that. Breakfast was excellent and the staff did their best to help us plan our schedule in the city. Location is very...

I liked the location, near the grands boulevards metro. About 10 mins away from the louvre. Rue montmarte is very busy though the hotel is noiseless due to the hidden location. Giving that the area is full with restaurants and cafes we stayed around the hotel all evenings. Room was spotless clean with modern bath. We had no complains.

I've stayed in the hotel with my girlfriend and we both agreed it was a perfect stay. The receptionist was nice and welcoming, the room was spacious with a large sofa and a work desk, 4 comfortable pillows on a king size bed. Staff at breakfast ran back and forth to provide the goods, it felt more like a 4-5...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
