This was our 17th stay at the hotel. Over the years the hotel has gradually updated the decor of the rooms, but has retained its charm. The breakfast is simple, but adequate, with unlimited coffee or tea. The desk staff is multi-lingual and very helpful. Close to two different metro lines and the RER at Les Halles where the new...

The hotel is in the centre, good position with underground really close, the room wasn't bad for the parisien standard, clean and with things that you need. Around the hotel there are lot of cafe and restaurant, all really expensive, but in Paris everything is expensive, breakfast in hotel wasn't bad too, 1 croissant, half baguette, coffee and juice, 7...

We stayed here for four days a couple years ago. The hotel is a good value for the money, breakfast is good with fresh baked pastries each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, the hotel is a bit old and rustic, but still quite comfortable and a value for the location. Arts et Metiers metro station is only about...

I had a small room facing the main street - it was perfectly quiet at night and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit squashed. Breakfast was just OK. The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. The room rate wasnt that high for this area but it also was not that modern an hotel.

This is really a classic style Paris hotel with a tiny elevator and spiral staircase. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Free wifi. The shower had a little mold but it was easily overlooked for the price and hot water. I wish they would put a window covering over the door that leads to the business office/linens...

My first time to Paris and we stayed here. Very nice and charming. Small and quite. I stayed in 109 and beds were very comfortable and the tubs are deep to soak after walking all over Paris. Our window opened to a courtyard and was quite until Friday night. Breakfast was simple but very Parisian. Wifi would go in and...

Typical old paris hotel. Bit shabby, but some rooms were getting updates. Grumpy front desk lady, kinda rude. The rooms were ok, just old. I was on street side due to lack of rooms and it was noisy. The showers didn't have doors or curtains, so be careful, everything in bathroom will get wet if you take it in there....

As the title says: simple, clean and in the middle of Paris. The hotel is old and that creates a nice atmosphere for a 2 star hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day! And the breakfast is just a croissant (one of the bests I ever had) and a baguette. With some jelly, Orange juice and coffee. The hotel is...

Stayed here with a group of friends not too long ago. Our room was a decent size but smelled faintly of smoke. The bathroom was very interesting... it had a very old claw foot tub against the wall and a shower head attracted to the facet. The shower head cable was too short to actually have a shower with, so...

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be very good. Some rank this as 3-star, but I'd say more like 2-2.5. Some of the front desk staff were helpful, but Heidi was the stereotypical Parisian, who seemed to be annoyed with answering questions or being of help. My room had been remodeled and the mattress, sheets,...
