Our stay needs to be commanded as the staff was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Pricing is competitive when compared to other hotels in the center of Paris which do not offer more than what we ended-up benefiting from! Furthermore, from Jaures (closest Metro station) one can easily visit Paris in multiple directions.

I've booked this hotel before when I first came to Paris alone 6 years ago. It brought a lot of sweet memories. The location is very good and convenience and it's close to metro. There's a convenient store close by and there's plenty of restaurant around. Ideal location! Friendly staff who spoke good English. Well recommended!

The hotel has small but clean and well equipped rooms. It is situated in a busy but pleasant street with many shops, including the 5 Fermes supermarket. Breakfast (€12,-) is good value and prices are relatively low. Recommended!

Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Ever. Room well maintained, clean bathroom, helpful service. Bigger towels would be great though as they were a little on the small side, could have used some shampoo too. But not a big enough fault to complain too much about though. Would stay again

Staff were very friendly and made a huge effort to speak in English to us which we appreciated as our French isn't great. The room was very clean and provided us with everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. The location is good considering it is right next to an underground station (Juares) which can get you to most...

Terrible and rude staff - he first made some racist comments to me. On top of that, the elevator was broken, and he was unapologetic about the inconvenience as our rooms are on the 3rd floor (mind you, 4th for our friends in the U.S.). The next morning, he tried to charge us 5 Euro for a small cup of...

It's not in the center and walking it's far actually. But the good thing is that exactly in front of the hotel is the metro station which takes you everywhere. It was very easy for me to go everywhere from there. The rooms are small but clean. It was noisy a little bit, because I had my room near the street,...

If you are single, adults, or a group, this is a good Budget hotel to stay friendly staff, clean with all Basic facilities, wifi in room, air con, hairdryer Many homeless around ( worried for kids safety) it is literally next to Metro, Park, 2 supermarkets, few local restaurants, DO NOT expect scenery

Very good location, out of the "high expense zone" of Paris. Tiny little rooms, but excellent furniture and equipment. Clean and friendly. Reasonably priced. Maybe the breakfast is good too, but we didn't try that. Any part of the city reachable within 30 minutes or less. (Montmartre is in the neighbourhood)

For what my girlfriend and I needed, this was ideal. Metro station 30 seconds round the corner. Loads of bars with happy hours and near to the St Martin canal where locals sit and drink at night time. Ideal for anyone visiting the city for the first time or on a budget. There was always replenished tea and coffee as...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Hotel's 69 rooms, entirely renovated and air-conditioned, are contained in 3 small typical Parisian buildings joined by a courtyard and a garden. The largest building has 38 rooms overlooking the main street. Some, named "Paris Comfort" offers a balcony with stunning views of the Butte Montmartre and the Sacre-Coeur. The 25 rooms of the second building, called "Privilege" as is peacefully located in the yard and garden. Warm tones married to white duvets give their charm and intimacy. The 6 remaining rooms, named "Villa Cosi", renovated in warm colors are located in a charming town house, surprisingly quiet for the middle of Paris. The approach of our architects was to rethink the rooms as comfortable cocoons using a rational and highly practical layout to make all the services immediately accessible along the walls. The choice of materials and subtly contemporary colours give a chic touch of elegance and design to the decor. The comfort and modernity are enhanced by the presence of large flat screen television with TNT and satellite, new bedding with quilt instead of the traditional bedspreads. ... more   less
