If there is any thing called guest services in the hospitality industry, perhaps the concept hasn't touched this property even from a distance! I checked into this property last Friday (Oct 7, 2016) and am booked till next Friday (Oct 14, 2016); and have been cursing myself to have believed in customer reviews on this property on this website, and...

My husband and I decided to have a 3-day weekend in Paris, our first visit to the city of lights. We chose this hotel based on the reviews on TripAdvisor and Booking.com. The hotel is located off a somewhat major street (avenue des Ternes) in the 17th arrondisment, with moderate level of traffic and noise. It is located within walking...

Doisy hotel is easy to reach from the carnot exit from the metro. Very central for the arc di triomphe etc. Only downside is no kettle for coffee. Rooms very compact, very clean. We loved our stay here. Staff were very helpful. Thank you 😊😊😊

Doesn't honour rate you booked for. Was left without a hotel that night and had to cancel trip. Didnt reply to my emails after numerous emails for them to honour my rate, they just cancelled and said not our problem... Would never stay here. Beware as this can ruin your trip. .

My husband and I recently stayed in this hotel. We were over for the Ireland v. Sweden football game. The hotel is quiet and family run. The rooms were impeccably kept and the shower was to die for. We didn't partake of the breakfast but from all accounts it was nice. You won't be sorry if you stay here. The...

“If you book directly with them, you will be favoured with rooms overlooking the Avenue des Ternes, otherwise you are relegated to rooms that overlook the backside of the hotel. It is not worthwhile to spend too much to have a view of the street, because most travelers are out throughout the day and return to the room just to sleep.”
