I was in another hotel which I left late at night because of bed bugs-out of the frying pan and into the fire. Not only were there bed bugs but also cockroaches! Stood on the bed all night. Awful! Avoid at all costs. Definitely not a place for solo female travellers

The only good things about the hotel is the centered location and the staff was very friendly. But it's also very unsafe area 2 mins from chateau d'eau which is very unsafe. The hotel is rusty, with no facilitates (you can't even find a towel or a soap inside the bathroom nor a telephone inside the room), No one cleaned...

Very good budget hotel. Good service in a good area in Paris. We stayed here for 3 nights. Wonderful stay. Hotel close to several tourist attractions. Paris should be discovered on foot. Metro very efficient.

Very friendly staff which is a rare thing in Paris. Had a twin room to myself which was big. Wifi worked well. Bathroom shower head holder was not there, so had to hold the shower head which made showering inconvenient. Worst aspect was how cold the room was - was in Paris during Autumn however temperatures were already very cold...

We stayed here for 3 nights in October. It is not central but is in a good area (lots of theatres) with many restaurants and bars nearby. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect 5 star but it is clean and adequate. We were on the top floor and there is no lift. If you have mobility problems, it might...

I've been to this hotel twice in a year and everything was amazing according to the amount of money I paid. The hotel staff is humble, nice and always asking what you about the room or if is there any problem with it. They even tell you directions and suggest you some places to go in Paris. Even though is...

We booked this hotel for a week in Paris via Booking few months ago and we were a bit discouraged by the photos seen on the net, aware of how much we spent. The position was great,in the heart of Paris, near to Bvd St Denis with lots of restaurants and cafès where to join the meals. Metro wasn't a problem as...

Don't be fooled by the pictures on hotels.com. The rooms are being renovated, and few were as in the pictures. The management of the hotel are nice and extreemely serviceminded. The area is ok, but stay away from boulevard strassburg and metro station chateau d'eau.

We stayed there for 2 days. Closed to metro station, convenience with supermarket nearby. The room is clean but it's with strong smokey smell. We suspect the cleaner smoking in the room or during cleaning period. The bedsheets and blanket with smokey smell too. Otherwise everything is good

Lovely quaint hotel with just a short walk to metro station Saint -Denis. Ok, it's not the ritz but at a very reasonable cost this was perfect for our short break. The area around the hotel has loads of bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. It looks a bit shabby from the outside but although dated inside our...
