Outstanding from start to finish. I was contacted prior to the booking to sort out some anomalies in the booking, by telephone. Subsequent communications about our potential late arrival and the availability of parking was all dealt with very promptly and efficiently.

The welcome was fabulous and the lady on reception could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Our room on the top floor was absolutely brilliant and had everything one could need even for an extended stay. The one and only drawback would be it is of course on the third floor and there is no lift so if stairs are a challlenge it could be an issue for some, in that specific room (gallerie des places). There are ground floor options and so I would suggest that is asked for if stairs are an issue.

The parking one can book is a very short (30 seconds?) drive away and accessed off a narrow street and has a tricky entrance. Once inside all is easy but I can imagine some drivers with larger cars would struggle a little more than we did.

Great location for exploring the nearby Palace of Versailles and a terric place to stay. It is self catrering and the presence of a small "city" Carrefour directly across the road open to 9pm is really handy too.

A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay perfect.

We had a brilliant experience with them. Very accommodating and the lady upgraded us for free.
All went very smoothly and felt very welcomed.
EVERYTHING in the apartment that you need is there to the Nespresso machine! Very comfortable bed and sofa bed.
10mns walk from the chateau, so perfect location.
All very clean.
There was an air conditioning in both bedroom and living room.
The only downfall was the noise coming from microwave at night probably due to the vibration of the air ventilation.
Will definitely be back.

This is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. It is stylish, modern and exceptionally clean, positioned in a quiet courtyard only a short distance from the Palace of Versailles.
There is private, underground parking a short distance from the apartment for a few Euros charge per day.
The staff were really lovely, extending a warm welcome and showing us where to park, plus how to work everything in the apartment.
There is everything you might need to cater for yourself, including a handy supermarket across the road. Free toiletries were also included, alongside washing up liquid and laundry tablets.

We had an ok stay at Le Logis, it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either, just ok. We had a downstairs apartment which may have impacted our stay somewhat. There was little privacy from the courtyard, so we kept our blinds closed most of the time as we are not keen on people looking in on us, this meant there was little light coming into the apartment. There is also no ability to open any windows to let fresh air in, the only option was opening the front door, which didn’t make us feel very secure, so the apartment was quite stuffy. The shower didn’t particularly drain very well, so there was always a large pool of water in the bottom of the shower. In terms of people commenting on it being quiet, yes it is to a certain degree in that you cannot hear the road, but you can hear the trains!

On the positive side it is close to the train station (chantiers) which is no more than a five minute walk, there are two supermarkets close by and also a great bakery. The palace is also about a 20-30 minute walk away depending on your pace. There is also a washing machine which is a huge bonus if you are travelling for a long time.

I might have had a different experience if we were in one of the upstairs apartments, that seem brighter and airy, but if my only option was to stay in the same apartment again, then I would seek alternative accommodation

Booked the ground floor Marie Antoinette apartment for three nights at the end of February. Staff are very quick to reply to emails and speak very fluent English. A 5 minute walk from Versailles Chantiers station. Slightly hard to find as it's behind a remote controlled gate to access the office and courtyard for the apartments (Google maps takes you down a side street) but fine once you know and have the code. Opposite a small Carrefour and a FranPrix further down and two excellent boulangeries. We took the Eurostar to the Gare du Nord and then taking the metro to Montparnesse and then RER C to Versailes Chantiers took about 55 minutes and cost €7 each way. Tip - at Gare du Nord, when you go down to the metro, bypass the ticket office and machines with a queue and go on 50m to a bank of 3 machines with a short queue.
Lucie was very helpful and booked three restaurants for us - Via Veneto for the first night and then Nuance and 17.37. Would have happily have eaten every night at 17.37 - great food and value but small and popular so booking is essential.
Apartment is modern and clean. Lots of towels etc and a Nespresso machine, orange juicer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher (tablets provided), washing machine, iron etc.Good rain shower.

We stayed at their biggest room for 3 nights. The apartment was very spacious, bright and very clean when we arrived. I would give a higher evaluation if a) they were taking the garbage, thing which never happened during the 3 days of our stay and b) if their garage was at the same premises and especially if its entrance was not so very narrow (high risk of scratches for your car)(fortunately Versailles is a small town and we did not have to take the car our of the garage before our departure!).

We were greeted by the delightful Samia on our late arrival - a gorgeous and friendly young lady who helped us with our bags and provided a very detailed overview of our apartment’s features and places to park, eat and visit while in Versaille. We had booked the Superior Apartment - Le Bosqu et de l'Encelade but due to another guest extending their stay we were upgraded to the apartment known as Les Quatre Saisons. This immaculate 1 bedroom apartment is located within a complex of permanent residents and holiday rentals. Access from the street is by code-activated large black wrought iron electric gates. You then walk through a courtyard to code-activated doors which leads you up a flight of stairs to level 1. There is no lift. A single deadbolt key entry gives you access. Inside the apartment is filled with an abundance of natural light thanks to its’ sunny aspect and features a bathroom (no bathtub), kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, jug, cook top, oven, microwave, sink and small bar sized inbuilt fridge. There is a combined washer/dryer and ironing facilities. The small dining table seats 4 and there is coffee table, drawer set and comfortable lounge (sofa bed) to watch television or get online with the free wi-fi. The bedroom features a queen size bed and bedside tables with the entire wall fitted out with built in cupboards. You can hear your neighbors - it is a complex after all but you can shut them out as the windows are fitted with blockout curtains and sheer rollerblinds, although there are no fly screens. We were very comfortable staying in this apartment. The only downfall it had was no air conditioning. There was a portable fan which we had running our entire stay which actually did a good enough job of keeping us comfortable enough during the summer nights. On departure with prepayment a week before our stay we placed the keys in a letterbox.

We really liked the apartment we rented. If it had an elevator, I would have wanted it for a week or more. If you don't mind stairs, this is a lot nicer than staying in Paris! A reasonable rate and a great apartment which has room for 4 people. It has a full kitchen and clothes washer and nice bathroom and bedroom. Very modern.

It is walking distance to Ch. Versailles. You can arrange for parking garage at extra cost (which I did). Train station into Paris probably quite close as well and it is only a 20-minute trip. There is also a full laundromat very close across the street if you want to do all your laundry at once. What's not to like!

This apartment is very modern and on a gated complex, saying this no problem with entry as this is France's type of accomadation. Everything was thought of even pairs of slippers! Very close to railway station and the centre of town. The palace of Versailles which is one of the main attractions within walking distance.

Excellent stay in this aparthotel! We found no negative points! The warm welcome, availability, attentiveness and responsiveness of the staff are impeccable! The place is very clean, neat and tastefully decorated. The bedding is also of very good quality... nothing is missing, we really feel at home!! Without forgetting the location of this Complex, set back from traffic, at the bottom of a courtyard hence this much appreciated calm and its geographical location, approximately 10 minutes from the castle and all amenities. In short, an address to keep carefully 🙏🙏😍
