This was our first visit to Carcassonne and Isobelle and Nicholas made us very welcome. The room we had was elegant and comfortable and had a separate single bedroom attached making it a triple really. We used this as a dressing room. The en-suite was a bit small and the shower had no cubicle so we had to be very...

Isabel and Nicolas were the perfect hosts. Very friendly, there if you needed anything but not intrusive. Both could speak perfect English which was a real blessing as our French was limited. We stayed in the self contained cottage which was extremely well furnished with every mod con and impeccably clean. They recommended local cafes and restaurants which again was...

We went for 2 days, breakfast was excellent! Home made marmelade and such! The owner's are very friendly and kind! It's within walking distance of the medieval city centre (ca 15-20min walk). This would be our next B&B upon returning to Carcassonne.

Behind the tall wooden doors a beautiful home awaits you! Great care has been taken to mix the Antique family furniture with a modern flair. The courtyard has an inviting pool in it's center. Our guest room was charming and comfortable. Isabelle and Nicholas made us feel like family. Isabelle even saved us a parking place right in front of...

Hosts Isabel and Nicolas were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in the cottage at the rear. Finished to a very high standard and very stylish and modern. Quiet, private - it's own oasis. The concrete floors look wonderful and offer cool interior for hot weather, but a little too cool for October. (Just bring slippers for Autumn visits...

Le 45 BB is the place to stay in Carcassonne! Isabelle and Nicholas were just wonderful hosts in providing a quaint and beautifully styled place to stay. Their home is just wonderfully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were yummy...........fantastic homemade pastries and coffee. Their recommendations on sites to visit and restaurants to enjoy are just great. (Take their restaurant...

My husband, I and two teenage sons had a fabulous two night stay at Le 45 BB. We stayed in the Rose and Yellow rooms. Nicolas and Isabelle were impeccable hosts. The rooms were airy and clean and the breakfasts (all home made) were divine. The pool was a big plus!!

Spent 3 lovely nights with Nicolas & Isabelle. Location - could not have been better, 3 mins to entrance of town square. Less than a 30 mins walk to the Cite. They are located on the main road ( Blvd Barbes). Lots of parking in front but the parallel park in front of their house is free, so good if...

Isabelle and Nicolas are wonderful hosts. They welcome you into their beautiful home as if you are old family friends. Isabelle's breakfasts were amazing, and include homemade jams, yoghurt and pastries. Nicolas provided us with great local information and restaurant recommendations. Bedroom and en suite were spacious and spotless. Will definately stay here again.
