We were 2 families travelling together. The Chateau was charming and the host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Autumn views from our rooms were lovely. Breakfast was a traditional French breakfast with beautiful breads and croissants, served with homemade organic jams. Coffee and Tea were also served, as well as grocery bought cereal for the kids. Given the quality... More

Today we visit the chateau and stayed one night in the family room. Lot's of space and a great view. The kids loved the swimming pool and the biljart/table football room. Also the mini golf track was nice and the chateau looks great.. Thank you!

This is a hotel, not a bed&breakfast. The owners are very kind. Our room (Colvert) was very spacious, however, bathroom and toilet were not in such a great shape. Breakfast was good and plenty. The castle lies between Nancy and Metz. It lies in a very quiet countryside so you need a car to get there and for everything else.... More

Had a three night stay at the amazing Chateau de Morey. We stayed in the Room Torenella which was perfect in every way. Breakfast was more than adequate with a very good selection to choose from. The grounds of the chateau are an added bonus. The swimming pool was just what we wanted (would have been nice if all the... More

Fabulous castle, fabulous rooms. It's like living in a fairytale room. The hosts are lovely and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A must stay for any one visiting this region. It's very well located and great if you want to stay out of the cities and yet not be too far.

This place is remote, but that's what you want if you book part of a château, isn't it? As soon as you've found it, enjoyment starts. There's a long driveway flanked by old trees, and there's plenty of parking right next to the stables, which actually contain horses. We booked the "gite", which is a self-contained unit. In this case,... More

My family recently (July 2013) spent an evening at the Chateau de Morey. The five of us enjoyed the family room together which included the main room with a large bed and the adjoining room with three twin beds. We arrived a bit late in the evening and the Karst family were warm and welcoming, even keeping the pool open... More

We stayed here one night after a tip from Information at Pont-a-Mouson. The chateau is amazingly fantastic and the beds are amazingly big and the rooms very period. Its in a lovely little village setting overlooking a 12th century cathedrale. Room was very spacious and clean, the breakfast was basic but good, the host friendly without being overly chatty (she... We stayed in the Familiale room with our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young girls). The room actually consists of two bedrooms, which was ideal for the kids. “The gite, which is the tower next to the main building, is only marginally more expensive, but it is definitely worth it! Who doesn't want their own tower? Be sure to bring some bread and cheese or yoghurt for breakfast so you can store it in your fridge, then enjoy breakfast in the garden.”
