Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Quite closed to the city center, car parking easy to find in front of the entrance, leclerc supermarket at 2 minutes. Room.is nothing of special, quite basic but nothing is missed. Elevator and reception for support...

Close to town. Fantastic staff, a home from home. I spent two months living here. On the surface, an average place, but renovation is underway. If you come to Nancy, this is the place to stay. What makes a great place to live when you travel, are the people working there. They made me feel like family. wifi superfast.

The room is big enough and clean. The wifi worked very good. The staff is very helpfull. We had a room with a small kitchenset, which was well equipet. We parked our car on the street without charge. The hotel is very good located. It's about 20 min. walk to the centre. Right behind there is a supermarket, which is open on Sundays and there is a backery right around the corner. The reception is not always occupied. At this price, it's a fair bargain.

We just needed a comfortable place to sleep, and this hotel delivers that. We were there in August, and it's not air conditioned, but they did leave us a fan...only problem is we couldn't figure out how to make it stay on longer than two hours, so we kept waking up after two hours to turn it back on. (We thought about leaving the balcony door open as there wasn't a window, but decided against it.) Otherwise, it's basic, but perfectly nice. Bigger bathroom than you often find in Europe, albeit getting dated looking. Nice to have a mini kitchenette, although we didn't really stay long enough to use it! The woman at reception when we checked in spoke excellent English, which was much appreciated, as we needed help navigating the city and finding dinner. The woman when we checked out didn't speak it as well, but that was okay...we managed to communicate well enough.

I had stayed in Residhome for a month and it was a very good experience. Hotel staff responds to you queries very politely and especially in English (Where it is difficult in France). Breakfast was also very good and overall it is a very good hotel.

the room was very clean, beds very comfortable after a long days work. We were 4 using 2 rooms. Nice to have a microwave and kettle, fridge etc. perfect for a 2 day stay. The road side rooms are noisy. BUT if longer take your own towels and loo paper. We know it is not a hotel but it would be better if the towels were changed every couple of days. Staff very polite and yes we would stay again. 10 minutes walk from the town center and good restaurants nearby and a good supermarket just behind the hotel,

We stayed here for one night booking two rooms. Rooms had a kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave and crockery. Parking is underground and secure. Staff was friendly on check in. No 24 hour reception. We returned to hotel at 10pm after sightseeing and it was locked so used the code to get it. We liked that it was secure. Location - about 10/15 minutes walk to the city centre (which is stunning!) - we had a small child so were probably slower than normal. Rooms were basic and clean with telephone, TV and toiletries in bathroom. Good place to stay for the price we paid. And breakfast was free!

The hotel is clean and efficient. Beds are good. Bathroom etc. meticulously clean. Breakfast was fresh and basic. A small lunch to go was no problem. Very friendly staff. We were on our way to Italy, so the parking garage was perfect for the fully packed car. Absolutely good value for money !!!! Just a few minutes walking across the bridge and you'll see other hotels that cost double. Every step makes you feel like making money :-) for a nice dinner in one of these nice small restaurants behind place Stanislas
