Hotel Saint Sauveur is ideally well located in 200-yard distance to the entrance of the shrine with the Grotto. The hotel has 150 rooms. There is an afflux of pilgrim throughout the year. The Hotel Saint Sauveur was one of the few that was open was in November. Groups of pilgrims from Asia were the main customers. The standard double...

Seamless and hassle free check in, same with check out. Location is excellent. Room 620 (loft type room for quadruple sharing) seems haunted. TV turned on its own. Closed doors opening on their own, and you can hear heavy steps within the walls. Over all a good stay anyway.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the grotto - one block down the street. we we're greeted at check-in by really wonderful staff who couldn't do enough to please us. Our every request was satisfied. I would rate the front desk personnel at a 10/10. We opted to pay 15€ a night for parking and considering the...

Saint Sauveur is an ideal place for people with physical challenges. I was there with my Mom who needed to go about in a wheel chair. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Lourdes shrine, interesting shops, and restaurants. We were allowed to park the wheel chair on a corner of the lobby. One morning when it was missing,...

We visited our Blessed mother's shrine beginning of September this year. This is the second time we have stayed here in the last year as we find this hotel extremely convenient to visit the shrine. The rooms are small but clean and well equipped . The beds were very comfortable too. Would like to make a special mention of Liz...

I loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Nice people, nice place, great service. Very happy. You can also see its sign when you are in the grotto area, that's a real help for people like me. Wouldn't know it was 2 star, would give it a 3 star rating. Not sure the air conditioning was on or...
