Detailed Reviews
Just stayed for 4 nights, we were greeted by all members of this family run business, they could not have been more helpful in helping us get pitched up.
Site has beautiful swimming pool, with a bar along side, permanent bar b ques with
Tables and benches, little camp shop were you can order daily bread etc.
All pitches are green grass and very well cut.
Toilets and showers are of the highest standard and include loo roll.
We cycled from here to Roc amour, which was one of our best day trips ever, it
Was simply breath taking

This was recommended by people on our travels and we were not disappointed. The site is lively and peaceful and the shower and loos are immaculate. The heated pool is also lovely. No complaints except to say that it states on the description that there are communal meal nights etc but as it was only mid June, not even the snack bar was open. Well the tables were all out but no one to serve food. I expect it’s a different story in July and August. We have been travelling in France for twelve days and only eaten out for three as nowhere seems to be open. Won’t come here so early in future. Anyway it’s a lovely site and well recommended.

We stayed there for 4 nights, during our travel down to the South of France, we would have stayed there permanent if we hadn't have already made plans further down.
What an amazing site. Friendly family welcome from start to finish. We were driven round the site, on a golf cart with Patrick (owner), when we first arrived to choose our pitch. The young man, Remi, was at hand with the tractor to drive our caravan into our pitch. Anne, (Patrick's wife) was so welcoming. Always running around, serving, tidying up and making sure everything is in its place.
The place is so tidy, organised, everything lined up on shelves, office/reception area also doubles up as a shop where you can order your bread for the next morning.
Unbelievable place. Well recommended.
Everything you need. And beautiful countryside. Well sign posted.
When you arrive at entrance, be aware that it's a one way system and you have to drive in via the right side.

We only stayed at this campsite for one night but wish we never went there at all. If we could give it zero stars, we would. We were charged additional fees upon arrival which were not specified on pitchup advert. Staff were incredibly rude to us, shouted that we were stupid and made a huge scene in front of other guests. We were simply trying to get back the money we had been mischarged. They grossly mishandled the situation, laughed at us and spoke openly about us to other guests. We were made to leave the office, basically escorted off site and intently watched until we left. I would think very carefully about staying here if you are still looking as there are many campsites nearby with similar amenities. Manners don't cost a penny and it seems they have none.

This is probably the most unhygienic place I've ever been, it seems that they haven't cleaned their toilet/shower blocks at all for the last month. And as for the pool, you could catch something just dipping your toe in it. Rude staff, messy site. Don't even bother.

We came for one night and stayed for three! We received a warm welcome from the very helpful owner and nothing was too much trouble, he even provided a map for us so we could go walking in the beautiful countryside that surrounds the site. The whole site is very high quality and the facilities are spotless. A very peaceful site, beautifully landscaped and perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended..

Stayed for more than 2 weeks with my husband and 1 year old, and enjoyed it a lot!!
Very clean, well organised camp site, with nice owners and decently priced. In close proximity to many touristic attractions, but at the same time located very rural and quiet, away from large roads.
Loved to be able to swim, even on days when weather was a bit less (thanks to the pool cover and heating).
Good size terrains, ours also had a lot of shade in the afternoon.
Some camping places are far a bit far from the sanitary block and playground, but on the otherhand they are also more quiet in the evening. After 11 pm the campsite was mostly quiet, which is great with smaller children.
Downside: our terrain was not completely flat, which is a bit difficult to compensate in a tent.
Personal tip: include a broader range of good cocktails / mocktails in the bar?

We have been on this campsite four times and it just keeps getting better. There has been a lot of work done on this site which makes it a great place to stay and the family that run it are so lovely and helpful and friendly. We will just keep returning. Thank you for our enjoyable holiday, which has been made so relaxing.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 3 bedroom cabin. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and shown to the cabin. The campsite is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool area is fairly new and was heated. There was also a lovely outside jacuzzi to cool down in as well. The campsite is conveniently located for Rocamadour and other attractions though is a drive away from other amenities. The wifi was excellent much to the delight of our teenage children. We will be back x

We stayed here for 2 nights in early September. It's conveniently located between Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac caves (hence the campsite name I guess!). It's in the countryside and to get to the nearest village you need to drive. However, the campsite has good facilities, including a lovely pool and bar/cafe which also sells bread and a few other essentials. The showers and toilets were very modern and clean and could not be faulted. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. If you're planning a visit to either of the places mentioned or are just wanting a relaxing overnight stay I would recommend it.
