It is located in the city center really. So for shopping, walking around and restaurants, it's convenient.
If you have to go outside the city, it has an awkward access by car, so i would not recommend it.

Taxis are also available at gate B3, level arrivals, their costs will be between 30 and 40 euros.
Regarding the tramway (about 2 euros) you will have to change at Arènes station to take a subway until Capitole station and this is much longer.
