Ideally located opposite the port of Dunkirk and 5 minutes from the city center, the Logis Hotel Borel is the perfect place to discover the capital of West Flanders. Our 48 rooms with undeniable comfort welcome you all year round. As a couple, as a family or for a business stopover, the establishment has a pleasant contemporary setting. The gym and free parking are little extras greatly appreciated by our most loyal customers. The hotel has a partner restaurant alongside it, but also a quality room service catering offer. Both cultural and natural, the city of Dunkirk has a rich heritage in several aspects. You will easily visit the Port Museum and the Duchess Anne Sailboat, the FRAC Grand Large, the Dunkerque Aquarium or the Dunkerque 1940 Museum, dedicated to the Second World War. Malo beach and its casino are just a 15-minute walk away. By walking along Malo-les-Bains or starting from Bray-Dunes beach, you will easily reach the other side of the border, to La Panne, a famous Belgian seaside resort. At the gateway to the United Kingdom and Belgium, Dunkirk is certainly a city whose culture and traditions deserve to be discovered.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Clean and comfortable. The room (48) had all that was needed and was quite adequate but small. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. There is limited free parking immediately outside. Friendly reception staff and nearby to the city centre.

Lovely Hotel really nice decor, good value, plentiful free street parking available. Staff very pleasant, rooms cleaned daily. Beautiful room, lovely King-sized bed. Excellent bathroom/shower (toilet in separate room). Breakfast buffet was very nice, good selection, clean dining area. Hotel was very quiet, very close to Dunkirk centre. Nice bar next door and across street.

Room Tip: Try for harbour view. There can be some late night noise from local bars but not too intrusive.

Well positioned hotel, right by the harbour. Rooms are modern and clean. Bathrooms are modern and clean, I have never understood the French way of having a separate Wc. If you want to do that then have a wash basin in the Wc room. I always sanitise the door handle as you can not wash your hands after you have done your business.🤌🤌Tv has a selection of channels other than French. There is a nice cosy sitting area, with a drinks menù. Breakfast was self serve Continental with plenty of everything. Parking you have to find round about the hotel. The hotel is close to Centre Ville and plenty of good restaurants and bars in the Harbour area. I would definitely use again if in the Area.
