Great location next to the city center. Privat parking. Clean room. The hotel is yes already old and worn, but if you can live with it, so a good place to sleep. Attractions near the hotel and a lot of different styles of food. If you have had time to explore the town, you may perhaps be found in a...

Does what it says on the tin and a bit more. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. Great shower. The staff are attentive and the breakfast good value. We should have gone for a meal in a restaurant locally but chose to eat in the Hotel. Not a great move as the choice was limited and the food...

The bed was comfortable, the shower with all the different controls, but when you got it sorted was great. In the reception Sami was extraordinary. We did not eat here but I was given to understand the restaurant was good.

It must have looked good some time ago, now it's more like a YMCA. Les Gens de Mer is in real bad need of a refurbishment, the only thing that didn't look old, worn or broken, was the carpet in the room and the mattress on the beds. The bathroom are by far the worse off. Both the bath taps...

I received a very warm welcome which was nice. The room was a bit tired but the beds were comfortable, the bath room was relatively new unlike the bedroom, if I could make a recommendation it would be to get good bedding in the rooms! Breakfast in the morning was to a very good quality and the staff still very...

It was my first ever visit to Le Havre, Paris. The hotel is good, the staff is helpful, courteous, polite. The food is very tasty & wonderful but only thing very limited items to choose from. More importantly, very little or almost none options available for a pure vegetarian, only salads & plain soup. (Was traveling with a co-worker who...

This hotel was just a short drive from the ferry . The hotel bed was comfortable and the room clean . Staff were very warm and welcoming plus accommodating . The breakfast was continental but better than the 'average' self serve continental breakfast with the usual ham & cheese joined by a rather tasty bowl of sliced smoked fish ....

A basic/simple accomodation at a great location, close to the beach. The theme ´Gens de Mer´ was visible in the decoration. The rooms are clean, not very large. Our room did not have airconditioning. If you are lucky you can park your car behind the hotel for free. A fine hotel to stay for one night on the way to...

Nice and confortable hotel close to the city centre. Room are clean and with enough space (we stayed in a triple room). Reception was nice even though our arrival time was late in the night (10PM) and they also offered to serve some food for us!

“rooms at the back might be quieter at a certain time . We experienced the 'dragging' of what we thought might be 'wheelie bins' in the early hours of the morning from our 'front' bedroom. This was not a total 'will never stay again ' experience as the hotel is after all 'centrally located' and some noise is to be expected.”
