Stayed here Wednesday till Friday whilst my son was settling into Rouen university. You just come out of the train station and it's right there! It's quite basic but it's clean, the breakfast is nice and the receptionists are lovely. Especially the blonde lady who was working of a night...I don't know her name but she was very lovely and...

We thank you very much for your comment about the hotel!! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay. I'm Delphine (the blonde lady), I'm happy to be able to help you. It was a pleasure. I 'm sure your brother will appreciate studying in Rouen! It will be the opportunity for you to return! Best regards, Delphine

Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused during the night... We regret not having knowledge of the problem at that time, the night receptionist would have been able to intervene, and, as far as possible change you rooms... We deplore the attitude of those customers...

First impression was not good as their was a tramp camping out near the front entrance.. He was however moved on! The hotel is well located for the main sight seeing areas and restaurants in the city. However,as it located opposite the main station it can be a bit noisy and there were a few suspect looking people hanging around....

Good evening sir, Thank you for sending your comment. The hotel have double-glazed windows to protect you against noise. At the same time, as you mentioned, it's very practical to be in front of the station. Sometimes (as often near train station in every town) some people hang around ... but trust us it's never a dangerous place. When you...

Superb spot for onward TRAIN travel - you stumble out of the station and it is there slap bang in front of you, so no need for taxis/aimless wandering. The VTNI buses (for Les Andelys, Giverny, other Seine Maritime towns) leave from Rue des Charettes which is closer to the town centre/river. We stayed in September, and our fourth floor...

We stayed here for over a week and it was wonderful. The train station is literally across the street , the center of town is just minutes away walking . The rooms for the price are the best deal in town. The staff is incredibly friendly and know everything about the area. I came all the way from Miami and...

Incredibly close to the train station - so close in fact I was able to run back like a maniac to return my key and still make my train to Paris which was due in 3 minutes - and also only 10-15 minutes walk down a busy street into Rouen itself. Plus, it's on the interesting side of Rouen as...

Close to the train station. Rooms can be noisy depending on other clients of the hotel. New rooms are really good. People that work there are really nice and professional ! Price is fair. and 24h open. And a true High Speed Wifi ! Just a good hostel :)
