I've stayed at the Coeur De Loire several times now, and on each occasion have been impressed by the friendly, professional attitude of the owners. The hotel is always spotless and clean, the rooms, though small, are well appointed and comfortable, and the breakfast served at the hotel is perfect - fruit, cheese, ham, juices, a range of teas and...

This is a nice family run hotel in a quiet area just a few minutes from the station and downtown and the tram leaves from just outside the door. The rooms are well appointed and most important for me they are clean. My daughter's room had a view of the garden which she appreciated and of course a TV which...

I have stayed here three times over the years. I wish it was closer to more restaurants but I can't bear to stay anywhere else when in Nantes! Plus I can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes if I am walking slow. It is quiet, very clean, and the owners are absolutely lovely! The breakfast is hearty:...

The Hotel Coeur de Loire is outside the center of Nantes and a bit hard to find. The rooms are appropriately-sized for a two-star. At breakfast, most of the people seemed to be French and from a business or teachers group. The positives are the price, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendliness of the owners. The downsides are...

The hotel was located in between the people we were visiting and the center of the city. We did not spend much time in the room aside from sleeping and it was just fine. The breakfast was very good and the people at the hotel were so nice. I would definitely recommend it to someone who is looking for a...

We had booked this hotel after a wonderful stay at a chambre d'hotes in Montpellier, because it looked and sounded as though it might be similar. Wish we'd made a different choice. The hotel is stuffy and stale, and very poorly ventilated. Even with the windows wide open and when it was cooler outside, there was no air in the...

I spent three nights and I confirm what has been said here: the managers are a couple that greets you with a smile and you are very welcome. THey are helpfull in advising you on the city and places to go...they lent me an umbrella too... The "hotel" is a three floor "small house", with its wooden carpened stairs you...

We've just stayed a week at L'hotel Coeur de Loire and the best comment we could make is that it is like staying with friends. The hotel is small with a pretty little garden. Our room (second floor, garden facing) was small and basic but the bed was very comfortable. Not much storage space and only a small shower but...
