I have been staying at this Hotel for 11 years off and on. During this time, the Hotel has expanded a couple of times - hopefully no further! The rooms are excellent - individual, rustic and large. The small Galiniere restaurant is superb, with a nice atmosphere, offering really creative dining and the choice of local French wines always a...

We stayed here after a rather bad experience with a bed and breakfast in the same region - so we were kind of caught on the hop, looking for something with little time to spare. We were not sure what to make of the hotel since we had no time to do due diligence. So here are the things that...

The room was spacious and comfortable. Peeling paint over one entire wall in the toilet room was a sign that things were not as they should be in this self proclaimed 4 star hotel. The reception service was occasionally a bit indifferent. There was an off smell in the room. The cleaning service left vacuums and other supplies in the...

We had stayed in this hotel for a week years ago but this time just needed an overnight place to stay en route south. It has been significantly extended but still has the charm we remembered. Nice pool, great air con in the comfortable rooms. Nice walk in showers. Good secure parking and good location for an overnight stop or...

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel, as it is in a very beautiful and rural setting but close to the main highway. The restaurant is very pricey, but the rooms are nice, and it was a great place for our little Jack Russell terrier to play. Unfortunately, this year things had changed - the hotel had...

I wrote a very good report on this hotel last year and went back there in July this year. The reception people were a little off hand and not very helpful. They allotted me a Privilege room. I went to my allotted room and an obnoxious fetid smell pervaded the room. I reported this to reception but they never came...

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 4 having made the short drive up from Cassis. The hotel is very clean and the beds very comfortable. We had two rooms (a double and a twin) and the hotel met our request for adjoining rooms...in fact we had interconnecting rooms which was even better since we were travelling...

A one night stay on our way to our holiday home. Very helpful staff - receptionist carried our suitcase to our room as there is no lift in this lovely old building! Large comfortable room. Dinner on the terrace outside was very good. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. A convenient stopover off the A8 motorway. Large gated swimming pool...
