This hotel is well-located, within walking distance of just about everything. The staff changed my room, as my original room had a musty smell from the carpet. The staff here is extremely helpful. The airline had lost my bag, and the hotel staff stayed on top of things until it was located, and delivered it to my room. There is...

People here are just very friendly and the breakfast is one of my favorite till a long time. And you can take it till 12h. The chief is so happy...

This hotel is very well located and the rooms are pretty nice. We also enjoyed the personalized service during the breakfast. However, we had bad luck since a noisy bunch of young people woke us up at 4 in the morning. After four hours' sleep we complained to the reception and learned that many other guests had the same problem....

Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clearly designer and a cut above given the amenities--giant TV; shower head with music; Nespresso in every room and on every floor; Clarins brand shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion; free mini-bar (3 waters with gas, 3 without, coke, Diet Coke, Minute Maid OJ). We opted out of breakfast (20€/pp) and got croissants...

The room was a little small but bright, functional, clean with a great bed and an elevator for those who don't like luggage and stairs at the same time. Conveniently located to both the train and bus stations. (cars or buses are the way to go for day trips from Aix.) There is a short cut to the bus station....

The view from my window was full of beautiful Provencal sunshine that was lovely. My room was on the 5th floor, junior suit. (If you want a bath tub, you should chose junior suits or ups) My room was spacious and very clean, having a pretty interior. I liked them! Reception staffs were nice and kind. But obviously too busy...

We really enjoyed this hotel - the employees were so nice and very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations. The room was clean and a nice size, and we could easily walk from the train station and all over the town.

We were recommended this hotel from the tourist bureau - it was between this hotel and a traditional hotel in the area. Oh, how we are glad we looked at both and chose Hotel Cezanne. The room was bright and comfortable, with beautiful linen and superbly comfortable ... plus you make your own drinks at the bar in the foyer...

Hotel Cezanne was the perfect stop for a much needed rest during our travels! We were greeted at the desk by warmth and friendliness and tho we arrived a bit early were not left waiting long for our room. Third floor room was quiet with extremely comfortable bed and modern clean bath. The location was perfect for exploring Aix! A...
