I stayed here just one night in July last year so this review is somewhat tardy! We had a comfortable, if slightly dingy, bedroom and an excellent dinner and I intended to return in July this year but I can't get any reply by email or telephone (emails are returned as undeliverable). Does anyone know if the hotel is still... More

The location is outstanding, with a beautiful 15 minutes drive down to Aix or up via St Antonay along the Mont Ste Victoire to outstanding vineyards (e.g. St Ser) and walks on the Mont Ste Victoire. The hotel facilities are fine and whent he A/C is not working well it does get cooler at night due to the altitude. The... More

London England My wife and I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon without a booking. The room was extremely spacious and very interesting in design. We deposited our luggage and went for a walk. Later, as we always do, we wanted to have a shower and change for dinner; but the water was stone cold. We complained to reception... More

We visit this hotel and restaurant whenever we are in France. The owners and staff have become like family to us. They have arranged for us to visit vineyards and made our stay more than wonderful. We are going back in a few weeks with great anticipation. The chef comes to the US as a visiting chef and actually prepared... More

Just got back from 2 nights at Relais Sainte-Victoire. Spacious, immaculately clean room. Dinner was good value for this kind of thing (for those of us used to paying London prices, anyway) with generous portions beautifully presented. The staff did not speak English but made concessions to our halting French by speaking slowly. The only bad taste came when I... More

The place is set in most beautiful setting, the accomodations superb and not too costly, however, the staff, especially at the restaurant, are incredibly off putting! You, the customer, are treated as an uneducated pessant who should be thankful for being allowed there! I think this goes only for English speaking tourists, as they seem to be able to be... More

Thought the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Although we were resident there for two nights we did not eat in the restaurant as we could not get in. It obviously had a very good name as it was fully booked. Fortunately we had a car. Without it we would have gone hungry which did not concern the staff at all.... More

We had two nights at this lovely hotel. The room was traditional and very pretty, with mod. cons. The bed was huge and the bathroom a good size too. The breakfast was pricey and the restaurant is at the luxury end of the market but we loved both evening meals there. The location is absolutely beautiful. It is a little... More
