This is my fifth stay at the Atrium and as always I am very pleased with the service, the staff and the rates. This time I am in a fifth floor room with a view over the interior patio. Very quiet and very comfortable.

Perhaps other rooms are just fine, but ours was tired and in need of a deep clean. We did very much appreciate the small kitchen with its very limited utensils and a refrigerator. Also appreciated was the heated towel rack. We arrived after traveling for 10 days and needed to do laundry. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer for...

The location of this hotel, the accomodating desk staff and the killer towel warmer are about the only positives I can come up with. The decor lacked charm and personality, the color scheme was a depressing brown and orange, the hallways were dingy and dark, the bathroom vanity appeared to be a fiberboard with peeling paper veneer, and there was...

The only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars was its location. The hotel staff was usually attentive. The room, however, was dirty with cracked and black grout with mold around the tub. The towel replenishment was inconsistent and there was no place to store luggage or sit comfortably. The corridors were dingy with a strong smell of cooked food...

We stayed at the Hotel Atrium as part of a Road Scholar group. The hotel’s location was excellent for a stay in Aix, just outside the ring road and a short walk up rue d’Italie to the Cours Mirabeau. Our room was adequate, with a small kitchenette (and there’s a small grocery store just across the street). The bed was...

This place does feel a little dated but was good value for money. The apartments have small kitchen areas so you can get some food and drinks in, which helps if you're on a budget as we were. The apartments are in close proximity to the centre and Cours Mirabeau is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was...

We stayed here while attending a friend's wedding. We chose an aparthotel because we wanted to be able to gave breakfast and lunch without having to eat out (with 2 small children). However the kitchen was ill equipped. There was no coffee maker and not enough glasses or cups. The sofa bed was missing latts and uncomfortable. There was a...

We stayed here two nights. It was real simple. The space was decent size for a stay, with a bedroom, living room space with a TV and a small kitchen. Close walk to the center of town. Parking on site. You can have breakfast there for a small fee. For an extended stay property, I was surprised to get housekeeping...

Modern apartment hotel with all you need for a couple of nights. Clean comfortable room with small kitchenette. Staff very helpful. Parking was not available at the hotel but public carpark just around the corner and easy access to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very good location near the old downtown on a calm environment. The size of the small appartements is fine. I was upset by the poor maintenance on certain areas as corridors, elevators and old fashioned Lobby. Lamps are to be replaced in the bathroom (and staff seems to be overbooked at all times) and strong odors in bathroom too. Everything...
