We were somewhat concerned that this hotel's location could be noisy due to its' location with pubs and restaurants downstairs, but it ended up being perfect for my daughter and myself. My son lives in Aix n Provence and he met us each morning to plan our days and venture out. We stayed a Sunday through Thursday in a room... More

This gorgeous little boutique hotel was located in a fantastic position! Surrounded by amazing alley ways, shops and restaurants. The rooms were typical European in size but very clean and comfortable. My only dislike was that there were only two pillows on the bed and when I asked for more to be brought up they arrived sans pillowcase... that was... More

What can I say, a modern and stylish, boutique hotel in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. What a location this hotel is situated in! About a 1 minute walk from the Fountain of La Rotonde, 5 minute walk from the bus station, and seconds of walking from the front entrance of the hotel and you're in a popular and busy hub... More

Just downtown, near to all the attractions of Aix this hotel is very confortable and silent. The rooms are very small but clean and airy. THe best thing is the shower: a lot of hot water! The staff is nice, warm and gracious. Breakfast various and very good served in a wonderful room.

The hotel de France is very central in Aix-en-Provence right around the corner of the vibrant city centre. The rooms a small, but modern. It seems to be renovated quite recently. The problem is, if you travel by car, you can hardly stop i front of the hotel to get you luggage out and thus you will have to leave... More

A most successful trip to this beautiful city was enhanced by a lovely hotel. The staff were most helpful, rooms clean and very well equipped. The hotel is very centrally placed with easy walking access to tourist sites and many restaurants. The best we found was the Green Tomate just 2 mins away. Highly recommended.

We stayed here on the first night and last night of our holiday as we were touring around the area. What a lovely hotel, comfortable, central location, excellent staff and the breakfast really good. No problem in leaving luggage if early arrival or late departure. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and were satisfied with rooms : we were 2 couples and were accommodated in Prestige room and Charm room. Prestige is a bit expensive, but it is worth it- bathrobes, slippers and spacious. The location is in pedestrian zone. to park you should use Rotonda Parking which is nearby. When you enter... More

Cant fault this little hotel bang smack in the centre of the old town. We got a room on the top floor facing the back so we didnt experience any of the street noise other reviews have commented on. The room is small as indicated in other reviews but immaculate and extremely clean. Nice shower and bathroom area. No denying... More

First, don't try to drive to the hotel. On the map it looks like a regular street but you'll get stuck among the crowds. Better to park at the large Rotund garage and walk if you're able. The room was small, but clean. There was no closet which was disappointing, and not many drawers to store your clothes. The wifi... More
