This is a very clean but very basic hotel just on the outskirts of the city of Arles, about 7-8 minutes's walk from the town centre. Taxis are, apparently, few and far between in Arles and the hotel recommends 24 hours' notice if you need one. It's quite strange that the hotel has no bar and no restaurant. There are... More

It is easy to access by car, own open parking, good for toll cars. 10 minutes by walk to historical town. Very good location to see the town if you travel by car. The room was small with view to the roof but it was not so important for us as we spent all time in town center and came... More

After reading some of the reviews on here (and also viewing some of the photos) I was wary of staying here. However, upon arrival I was very pleasantly surprised. The atrium is huge and beautiful. There is a lift (very useful for us) and always a receptionist present, happy to help. The food was delicious and breakfast was plentiful. The... More

Please don't see this hotel from the outside and cross this off your list, once you've gotten into the Car park and into the reception area it all changes. The inside has had a lot of work on it, and it was my favourite stop over during a week's break all across Europe on a road trip. Was James Bond... More

The hotel is located on the main road, easily found and within walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and nice, yet small. Breakfast was good and we set near the pool to have it. The price was fantastic - well done!

Great decor in public places. ..stayed in room 207, nothing fancy, room and bed very small, fridge and telephone on the floor in bedroom, front of house lady manager really needs to get some customer care training especially after I reported that I tripped over the fridge on the floor on the way to the toilet in the night, and... Our room was OK, just big enough. AC worked and was quiet. Carpeting a little worn and bath tiny. Wifi cut in and out in the room. It was fine for 1 night. Great buffet breakfast and free parking very helpful. Exercise room small, but nice to have. The outdoor area next to the breakfast room was very attractive, with... More

Hotel Appears Nicely Restored and the Rooms were Large. Very close to the historic sites but a few blocks thru what I considered a sketchy neighborhood. My room lost power when I was there. They got it fixed after a long while. What put me off about this property was the lack of interest of the management to someone who... More

We were wholly satisfied with our 2-night stay at the Plaza in April. It is a beautiful structure in a secluded area, only a short walk away from the city centre, which welcomed us through its polite staff and surprised us with its pleasant décor of common areas and rooms. The style is based on film nostalgia with large portraits... More
