The receptionist was rude, surly, unwelcoming. the hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in. we gave breakfast a miss as eating there would have been one step too far.

I found the Mirador through the city of Arles' website [--] The hotel looked ok and more importantly, was the only one available during the International Photography weekend (July 6 & 7). I had a number of emails back and forth (I speak French fluently) to rent two rooms for two days for two families, and thought all was well... More

We spent one awful night at this hotel in July 2004. B/c it was recommended by LG as a clean, friendly budget place, we thought it would be fine. I should have read these TripAdvisor reviews first!! The staff was unhelpful and refused to let us see the rooms in advance. We should have moved on, but we were tired.... More

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets in the rooms are dirty, the towels are not clean and to top it off, we discovered our bed was infested with bed bugs. I booked on line (through a euopean reservation specialist) and had my reservation confirmed. No mention was made about any constraints. When my accommodation voucher arrived it stated that arrivals after 1900 had to be notified in adance. I notified the booking agent that my train arrived 2151 so expected to be at the hotel by 2230 at the latest.... More

We are experienced travelers and often stay in two star hotels. This was the most unpleasant experience we ever had. The hotel smelled and we iscovered the next day it was that it was the petroleum based product used by insect exterminators. The proprietors refused to show us the room.
