Our room was large and the AC worked well. The location of the hotel was wonderful and the pool was great for a bottle of Rose and cheese before dinner. The staff was friendly and helped with dinner ideas and parking/directions. Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult for us. Arles has barriers to the center of the city,...

In Arles there is a central square with the café that Van Gogh hung out at--this hotel is right there! It is grand, architecturally fascinating, has an inner garden with a pool, and the rooms are large and lovely but "period" decorated so you know you are not in a chain hotel! Proximity to major attractions like the forum is...

The location is great as we are able to walk to all the sites in a few minutes. It is in a very beautiful plaza, du Forum where the Arles Forum used to be. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. The pool is great to unwind after a long day out in the sun. It is a small...

We chose the room looking out on the forum with two windows. Wow, the room was huge as was the bathroom. We initially were given an interior room that seemed depressing based on what we expected. They switched us without issue when we went to the desk, and the change in rooms was huge. The only issue was a good...

We stayed here for one night. The hotel faces onto the main square and is easy to find. Our room was #2, apparently where Picasso lived for a year. The room was large, with 2 large single beds. Very high ceilings made the room seem even larger. It was stylishly decorated with antiques. Separate bathroom with bath/shower and a very...

Our room was huge and light with parquet flooring, imposing furniture and a comfortable bed. It looked over the Place du Forum but it wasn't overly noisy even though the town was in the grip of Euro 2016. Whilst it is an old building it is charming with great features. Check out the hand basins in the ground floor washroom! We...

A hidden treasure of an old hotel in an unbelievably amazing location - the historic quarters of Arles, France. This is a family owned hotel, operated by a father and daughter duo, with the friendliest of staff. The rooms are large but old and quaintly query. The timber floors are very sloped and uneven and the bathrooms don't provide much...

This hotel has character charm and a special flair which is truly unique. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable, the building itself has a lot of character and the people working there are very friendly. The location, of course, makes the plave even more special, right on the Place du Forum opposite the Cafe de Nuit made...

The Hotel du Forum is located in the heart of Arles on the lively Place du Forum facing the famous Cafe la Nuit of Van Gogh. This hotel has been owed and operated by the Oggier family since 1921. The spotless rooms are all individually decorated and the hotel has many antiques that grace the rooms and the public areas...
