We spent the first week in October both cooking and staying with Chef Gina in her wonderful house and her amazing kitchen. From the very first day that she put us into aprons I knew that we were in for a real treat. She taught us to truly make love to the vegetables as we cut them in very exact... More

Our time at Maison Trevier with our wonderful host Gina, in her beautiful, comfortable historic home, in beautiful Provence fulfilled all our dreams of a magnificent French cultural and gastronomic experience. Such vivid happy memories of time spent with Gina in her kitchen, using local in- season ingredients to prepare meals that not only delighted the taste buds but were... More

We spent the week at Maison Trevier after booking through Epitourean. It was explained to us that Maison Trevier would be a different experience than the trip we had taken through them last time (Casa Gregorio). We loved our last trip so much, I was a little concerned that it could possibly be as wonderful. But it was! I've described... More

Cooking class at Maison Trevier was an unforgettable and wonderful experience for our family! Working side-by-side Gina, we cooked a delicious and authentic Provençal meal using fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables that we had shopped for at the local market. Gina is an amazing woman, chef, teacher, hostess, decorator, who shared her love and knowledge of French cuisine with us... More

4 of us stayed 3 nights on a wine tasting trip, we have had a few trips and this was the nicest place in which we have stayed. Good location and metered parking adjacent, close to the very good restaurant Chez Serge, Gina is a delight and charmingly hospitable. She opened numerous bottles to get us on our way and... More

Maison Trevier is a great location and wonderful place to collect your thoughts, learn cooking basics from a Master (Gina), and enjoy delicious, healthy, and organic meals. The town of Carpentras is centrally located so touring other towns in Provence is easy. It is a wonderful experience and for me it was an opportunity to make new friends. Gina teaches... More

We stayed at Maison Trevier in August, 2015. It is a gorgeous place, beautifully decorated, with very high ceilings. The rooms are spacious, and our bed was very comfortable. Madame Gina was a most gracious host; she gave us several ideas for day trips in the area, and had excellent recommendations for dinner in Carpentras. We particularly liked Chez Serge,... More

I spent a week in Maison Trevier with two of my sisters. Gina was a wonderful host and an excellent teacher. We learned about local, organic products, we went to the market with her and saw how this market has evolved in the 300 years it has been held in Carpentras. The rooms were comfortable and huge. Breakfast was delicious... More

The hotel is in a ancient house, in the heart of Carpentras, a very nice town, with a countryside vibe to it. There is no parking right by but you can unload and find a space in a huge unpayed parking lot about two blocks away.
