We stayed at Le Ponteil at the end of August / start Sept. The weather was fantastic - very hot! We were worried about the lack of air conditioning but the room had a big fan so no problems sleeping. The location is great - close to the sea but away from the road and surrounded by trees so secluded...

Most importantly, the owners Pascal and Veronique Gianni, were the most wonderful, attentive, generous people ever. They made our stay seamless and delightful and responded to every need, even beyond the day-to-day hotel experience. Including how to drive a stick-shift and a crash course in how to use GPS. Secondly, this is a gorgeous location. Quiet and beautifully appointed, yet...

We've stayed in several hotels in Antibes and this is now our favorite. The owner, Pascal, is extremely friendly and helpful, he made a dinner reservation at Les Romarins and we had a wonderful meal. He speaks fluent English. The hotel is charming, and very well located, especially if you have a car. Our room had a balcony overlooking the...

This stay at le ponteil was our second stay at this family run hotel. From the reservation, to the arrival until departure the owners were helpful and friendly at all times. The hotel and the rooms are small but kept very clean and tidy. The location of the place is superb. Located only minutes from the beach and 10 mins...

Le Ponteil is an excellent choice for those staying in Antibes with a car. It has off-street parking and yet is only a short walk from the old town and from the beach. You do not want to try to navigate the streets of the old town in a car. Our room was small and basic, yet clean and comfortable....

Had a really good stay at Le Ponteil. Pascal, the Manager was a lovely man who was very attentive. The room was fully functional for our needs. All areas were spotless and the bed was really comfortable which made for a couple of great night's sleep. The continental breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the day ahead. Wifi...

The hotel is impeccable and the service of Pascal and his wife, a delight. They cannot be more helpful, gracious, and polite. The rooms are cozy, small, but clean and very home like. For breakfast they even go as far as giving you a different pastry each day, all of them very delicious. The overall experience cannot be better, more...

Once again we took a break and spent two nights at Le Ponteil. Pascal and his wife were as caring as always. A new “personal touch” has been added. While doing the check in he presented a pictured menu with several breakfast options from were to choose daily freshly baked butter croissant, sweet brioche or Danish pastries! This time we...

We opted for this hotel as we preferred a smaller and more personal hotel, which we found in this villa. Our room was quite small, but comfortable. The owners are most friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and from there a nice stroll to the old city. Quite a pleasant place to be...
