We have stayed in many lhw properties and as a rule they never disappoint us. As we approached this fine property I could tell that it was located in a perfect position amongst beautiful gardens and well appointed homes. This hotel is not big. It is small and every detail has been thought of and refined. The pictures on the internet do not do it justice. It really is stunning. The gardens and outdoor salt water pool are to die for. We had to leave urgently and the hotel employees did everything in their power to assist us. I will without a doubt return for another visit. If you are thinking about staying in this hotel, please do. You will be very comfortable indeed.

We have been staying at La Reserve since 1992. It changed hands around the same time and has become a hotel that is mesmerising. From the warm welcome at reception, the attention to detail in the rooms. The quality and knowledge of the staff. We can’t praise this place too highly. Breakfast on the terrace is one of many highlights…..

La Reserve is one of our favorite hotels in the world. An absolutely lovely, high-end hotel with wonderful views right on the Med. Beautiful pool and dinner at Le Rois is an experience not to be missed! The rooms are perfectly appointed with all modern amenities, albeit a tad small. But that's what you expect at a storied, classic hotel. The common areas are gorgeous with a beautiful bar. You absolutely need to eat at their Michelin starred restaurant - where the food and staff are outstanding. The front end staff are easy to deal with and amazing. Always very friendly and welcoming, and the concierge was king enough to ship back a couple of cases of wine we had been accumulating during our two weeks in France. Just an amazing place and a strong recommendation.

I stayed with my family for 6 days , and took three rooms ( at a cost of over 3000€ per day ) . It’s a nice place right next to the seashore of the Mediterranean Sea with a nice swimming pool. Problem : getting to actually swim in the sea is dangerous at best as the hotel has no easy access to it. You may access from a rocky beach adjacent to the hotel, but it’s tricky, difficult and potentially dangerous . So here you are right next to the sea , a location of course advertised by the hotel , but basically you can’t get it into it. Frustration. Their comment : it’s regrettable but that’s the way it is.
But The worst is the breakfast because it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. No buffet now ( 55€ when it existed) because of Covid. Ok , so continental is available for 45 € , essentially croissants , coffee and a juice. Pricy ! Everything else is extra, moreover not always clearly explained by the staff nor even indicated on the menu. The result is one 97€ breakfast the first day ( 4 small slices of goat cheese, a mediocre fruit salad , a bottle of mineral water were apparently all pricy extras).
When you are already paying a small fortune for 3 rooms, it’s just annoying . I mentioned it to the management , but to no avail, as clearly they thought they are absolutely correct in their approach. “ you just have to be careful about what you order” . Thank you for the advice
Add the fact that no food whatsoever is available between 3 pm and 6pm , and you somehow don’t feel good about the whole thing.
Bottom line : they won’t see me again in this hotel !!

We booked a table at the Bistro of this hotel and they insisted on taking my credit card details which I gave over. After a very pleasant aperitif and charming interaction with the staff at the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat we arrived for our reservation at the Bistro of the Hotel at 8.30pm. We were greeted by a dreadful lady who told us that the Bistro was closed on Thursdays. I was surprised as I phoned originally for a booking for 3 people and then called again to uplift the number to 5. My husband asked if they could recommend somewhere else as we wanted a casual evening. The rude plump, blonde object of terror changed her tone immediately and said you have a reservation here, you must dine with us in our restaurant whose set menu is 200 euro. My husband dressed in short trousers said this is not what we were looking for. In a rude abrasive manner she told us very clearly that if we did not dine in the restaurant my credit card would be charged at 100 euro per person for the cancellation. My husband pointed out to her that this was illegal. As I am heavily pregnant and we were hungry we ate at the restaurant. Whilst the service was attentive and pleasant , the food was mediocre and unimpressive. We had dined at Alain Ducasse on the Sunday before this experience and for the same sort of money it was of a much higher standard. My husband being a wine enthusiast asked for the correct stemware for the wines we ordered...they were clueless. They put a very bad taste in all of our mouths. I will certainly not return to this hotel They are a disgrace and the trick of booking you into the Bistro when they know it is closed and have your credit card details is a scam.

Hotel is beautiful and well maintained but service ruins overall experience. For $16k for three nights and two rooms, expect to not be accosted by manager for brining some outside food in (to go pizzas for my 2 and 4 year old who were in room sick - but shouldn’t need to explain). There is no communicated policy of no outside food. But manager chose to interrogate me and tell me I should not bring in outside food, they can make pizza and then tell me he needs to know what room I am in. I have never had such an experience at a lower star hotel but to be treated like that is not acceptable and makes one really wish had saved money and stayed somewhere else.

Classic but with all modern amenities, A true 5-star palace with outstanding service beautiful rooms, excellent sea views, wonderful common areas, and superb restaurants. Breakfast by the pool, drinks at the classic bar hosted by the nicest barkeeper, and then dinner at the Michelin starred Restaurant. What could one want more? Yrs and everyone makes you feel like home.

The service in this hotel is exceptional. Guests are treated as they expect to be treated in this type of establishment. The pool is gorgeous. The food is delicious. The rooms are well appointed. In all areas, it still serves up elegance, sophistication, under-stated glamour, and top service. It has modernized in all the ways it should and yet it has retained all the aspects that make it the special place it has always been! Amazing location. Unbeatable setting.

Is the most wonderful place from Côte d’Azur. We are coming each year from 1997, when we’ve been very young.
The place is exquisite and the service is perfect. The charm of the place and the kindness and professionalism of the team never changed. The owners are very sweet, welcoming the guests like in a private home.
We recommend this treasure with all our heart.
The food of the restaurant is delicious, classy and exquisite.
La Reserve de Beaulieu is a oasis of luxury, relax and happiness.
We organized several times private parties here, and last one on Sunday, everything has been more than perfect, all our guests told us that was the best party ever after pandemic !!!! Magical place, a palace on the sea, incredible food, kindest and most professional team and last but not least, feeling like home !!!!

We visit here whenever we can, usually for lunch on their terrace which is glorious in the sunshine. The service is excellent, the food is good (not amazing) but the whole experience makes it worth the trip for us. This is a very well kept, elegant hotel, perfect for those who want elegance as well as privacy. A recommendation from me, I hope to stay at some point in the future.
