Very nice little hotel across the road from the marina, I think every room has a balcony with a beautiful view. The continental breakfast was very nice and they never seemed to run out of anything. There is a small library and a couple of games in the breakfast room, which came in handy during a rainy evening. Really nice bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The weather was a little cool during our stay, so we didn't use the pool right outside reception, or the rooftop deck. There is a small bar at reception, and they will also make coffee or tea for you off hours. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train, and buses run constantly. We found many nice restaurants nearby, and a large grocery store next to the train station. We walked to Villefranche and Cap Ferrat and had a great time despite the weather. We would definitely return.

An unassuming hotel that ticks so many boxes. Central Beaulieu-Sur-Mer within walking distance of all restaurants and marina. Stunning views and a comfortable bed. Front of house staff excellent. One for next time for sure

Very pleasant stay in excellent location, right by the sea and close to nice restaurants. The breakfast is also excellent , overlooking the port, if you have not selected a sea-view room. Staff was very nice, starting with being very helpful when making the reservation. It is a three star hotel and a very good choice in that category. There is a pool for the warmer months! My main criteria for a hotel is if I would like to return, and that is definitely the case here.

Our room had a large balcony overlooking the marina and sea. Excellent location if you are looking for a home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur as it is near the train station and bus route. Very clean though-out the hotel. Cold breakfast with lots of choices in a bright, comfortable room looking out at the harbor. Helpful and pleasant English speaking staff. We were extremely happy with our six night stay.

The added value of this hotel is the wonderfull view on the seaside. The scope begins at Cap d'Ail to finish on the Cap Ferrat and a view on the town and also the mountains. We shall come back. Philippe (Belgium)

A very cute hotel near the harbour and a beach. Loved the location, mostly very friendly staff and the ever so lovely views from our balconies. Had two rooms next to each other. The rooms were cleaned daily. Didn't use the hotel pool which was small yet seemed very clean. Really recommend this small and nice hotel.

I once stayed here with my spouse and his parents. It was a beautiful place in 2011 and looks like it still is. I would love to return and will one day. We had a tour by a man that often stayed there for work. His name was Allen I believe. I just want to thank him again for taking us for a drive and giving us a wonderful tour of the area. It was the highlight of our trip and a great memory to this day. Thank you!

I just returned from two weeks in France (Sept - Oct 2005). Our group started out at the Hotel Frisia in Beaulieu sur Mer, a picturesque little town east of busy Nice, hugging the hillsides above the Mediterranean. Everyone in our group had a seaside view. My room, on the corner of the 4th floor, had a stunning panoramic view. As the hotel is on the main drag between Nice and Monaco, I did experience a lot of street noise but got used to it quickly (only wore earplugs the first night). The room was clean, had amenities such as a warming towel rack that actually worked, and hurricane shutters that you could close which helped cut out some of the street noise. Every morning we had a nutritious breakfast with many different foods...more than enough to start the day. The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the Frisia for 2 nights in March, 2005 and found it more than satisfactory, especially considering the reasonable rates. The hotel is right on the beachfront. It is a simple hotel but the rooms are clean and pleasant, and the sea-facing rooms have balconies from which you can enjoy stunning views of the harbor and the coastline. The hotel managers were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was good and cheap and served personally by the manageress.
The only drawback is the noise from the beachfront road in front of the hotel, but the electronic shutters help to block the noise at night.

About 16 kilometres from Nice Airport, and 10 kilometres from central Nice. Pre-booked taxi cost us about £40 each way.
