What a terrible experience in this dirty hotel. Rooms are not cleaned, electricity is not working properly and not following security norms in the bathroom. Fridge was unusable as broken ! Every tool (water boiler, iron table, bottle opener, etc.) has to be asked at reception and picked up by yourself. Noisy (Carnot Bd is one of the noises in Cannes). Elevator was out of order the last day of our stay. The hotel is quite far from the city center and not convenient at all. Internet connection is slow. When we arrived, Jacuzzi were unusable because of water issues. Book in advance another hotel (plenty of better choice) for a pleasant stay in Cannes. Clearly avoid this one. Beware many positive reviews were written by hotel staff.

Large furnished flat, well equipped. Simple, no fuss, no charm. Good value for price paid, very helpful hotel staff and team. Not too far from old town of Cannes, less than 15min walk. Could do better on cleanliness.

One of the most memorable vacations we have experienced thanks to the staff at this hotel. My husband and I stayed one week at Excelsuites Cannes. We were greeted by the owner and the receptionist who were both very welcoming and accommodating. We were upgraded to a suite which had a large bedroom, kitchenette, and a terrace with access to 2 jacuzzis. The view is beautiful and great for suntanning. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the morning with a great service and a large assortment of sweet and savory options. The receptionist is friendly, professional, and always available. She presented us with wonderful recommendations for dining, transportation, and entertainment. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and did not want to leave. Highly recommended for couples, groups, or families. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and very well located. We will definitely stay here again!!

We arrived late at night to find our 2 bedroom apartment had not been made up. The receptionist immediately apologised and upgraded us to a duplex 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms so we were pleased with how she handled it. This aparthotel is walkable in around 30 minutes to the Croissette, at a leisurely pace, which is ok once or twice, but is really not practical on holiday as it is up an incline. However, there is a bus stop into town outside which costs 1.50 euro, so won't break the bank. A 3 day ticket is available for 7 euro for unlimited journeys. There is a late night supermarket within a 5 minute walk and a little café next door for breakfast at 3.50 euros. The apartment was a bit dated and unfortunately the kitchen was not properly cleaned and we never used it to cook. Dirty coffee percolator and microwave. There were a few glasses, some crockery and utensils but no cloths. Beds were all spotlessly clean with fresh sheets and towels the same. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I am a light sleeper and did not hear any noise from other rooms or traffic. We were on the top floor, so this may have helped. Overall for what we paid it was perfectly acceptable, especially during the film festival. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. We left our luggage on the last day and had a large well equipped toilet to freshen up in and change. I would go back if I could not find a hotel closer at a reasonable price.

We stay just one night. We had a two bedroom apartment with a living room, two bathrooms, and an small kitchen with fridge and cooker. This hotel had and small lobby and a tiny elevator. Is an old building but the interior is well modern decorated and looked to be renovated. It is located in the center, but behind the main street, so we could not hear any noise from outside. During that night we wanted to go to the Promenade de la Croisette that is the waterfront avenue with palm trees, so we had to walk about 7 blocks from this hotel. The breakfast was really poor and dissapointed. Two or three bread selection and suspicious ham and the most horrible coffee I have ever tryied. Orange juice was perfect.

The hotel isn't very far from the beach and also from supermarkets. It's quite interesting to roam outside the hotel, many different areas around. The staff at the hotel speak basic English and the cleaning lady didn't know English at all, but the funny thing is that they spoke Russian, so I managed to communicate well ;) A bad thing about my room was that the toilet constantly made noises so it was very hard to sleep at night. The walls between the rooms are very thin, so if your neighbor takes a shower, you'll probably hear it.

Welcoming hotel with a great location close to the train station and a short walk away from the water front. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a nice terrace for sunbathing. We recommend this hotel for a stay in Cannes.
