If you are staying in Cannes, you need to make sure it is in this Hotel! It is so charming and right in the center of Cannes with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and markets. They were even able to help me book a ferry to St. Tropez! The best staff, beautiful pool, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!! You also get a glass of wine offered daily right before dinner from the family vineyard- cant beat that!

Chère Jazmine , Dear Jazmine, We had the chance to welcome you in our 2 hotels located in Cannes, you started with the hotel de provence but when you wanted to extend this hotel was full so you took the option of going to our 2nd hotel located 100 m away, the hotel Victoria, we are delighted that you enjoyed our 2 hotels and you were right to take a room with a view of the garden, because they are much brighter and therefore they seem larger, We hope to have the chance to see you again soon, can be in april 24? A big thank-you Julie Jerry and all our lovely team (here for you)

One of our friends recommend us Hotel Victoria in Cannes, he said staff always smiling and ready to accomodate any of your needs, So true ! We were impressed by helpfulness and really feel like at home. Rooms are well decorated and furnished with special gifts to bring back home (olive shower gel,..). No outside noise during night sleep. Parking lots also available, rare in downtown. Restaurants and luxe boutiques within walking distance. And organic breakfast to start the day right ! Only regret not being able to relax in the swimming pool, closed during this period. If you're looking for 5*service hotel in Cannes, Victoria is the one !

What a wonderful hotel ! We had the chance to stay here for a few nights during summer and I can't find anything bad to say about this place. The owners and all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning, the pool will make you want to order cocktails from the bar just a few feet from it. The movie oriented decoration is sober and classy. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the balcony with a table and sunbeds is really enjoyable with the hot Cannes weather.
The breakfast (buffet or in the room) by the pool is also very nice.
I would say that the thing that top's it all is the location. Located 2 minute away from the famous Croisette beach where you'll anything you're looking for to have diner, drink or party.

I am definitely making a new booking for my next time in Cannes.

Thanks again to all the staff to have made this stay fantastic.

I had booked this hotel in a hurry as I was pressed for time; I usually put in quite a bit of research before I make a booking. I suffered the consequences of making a hasty booking before properly going through the reviews.

The weather was cool at 15 degrees Celsius the day I checked in. This hotel claims to have an outdoor heated pool, so I decided to go for a swim. I must mention here that the ‘swimming pool’ is actually so tiny that it is more of a jacuzzi.

The water felt cold when I dipped my feet in the pool, so I approached the reception to check whether the heating was on. The receptionist Fanny seemed outraged at that I had the nerve to make such an inquiry. I was taken aback as I was well within my rights to do so.

The hotel has rooms on the first two floors; the floors above have apartments rented out to private occupants. The flat above my room had loud music and noise of furniture being shifted throughout the night. I was barely able to get a couple of hours of sleep. I complained to the reception the next morning, only to be informed that there was nothing they could do as they had no control over the occupants of the apartments.

My sleep suffered all three nights I stayed at this dreadful hotel. The morning of my checkout, just as I was about to leave of the hotel after settling my bills, I was approached by the receptionist who passed me her phone saying that the owner wanted to speak to me. I was expecting an apology for the annoying noise disturbance in his hotel. Instead, the owner started on a long and incoherent rant, furious with me for having the audacity to trouble his receptionist as regards the pool heating. He said that since I appeared to be of South Asian heritage and was from a ‘hot country’, it was natural that I found the water cold. This was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Any person, may they be from the equator or the North pole, are completely within their rights to enquire about the pool temperature. He continued to repeatedly mention my south asian heritage, I suppose in a pathetic attempt to make me back off. I was disgusted by his obvious bigotry and prejudice. He clearly wanted to give me a piece of his mind before I left his hotel. For a hotel owner to attempt to abuse a customer after taking their money seemed pretty ungrateful and reckless to me.

Needless to say, I shall not be staying at this hotel on my subsequent visits to Cannes.

Great little hotel perfectly located at 5’ of La Croisette and directly on the main shopping area of Cannes.
Despite having all activities around, the rooms on the garden are absolutely quiet.
The owner and the staff are very friendly, and helpful, and many little “plus” (olive oil shampoo gift, availability of beach towels, perfumed iced water at the front desk...) increase the pleasure of the stay.
We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to be able to get back soon.

I am a world traveller with much experience.
The Victoria Hotel is a jewel in Cannes.
Close to the beach yet the famous Rue D’Antibes is only 2 minutes walk away
The hotel is beautifully decorated with first class pool and air conditioning.
Nothing is too much trouble for this family owned hotel.
Each evening wine is proposed from the owners own vineyard
I cannot express in words how good this hotel is,it’s perfect and tranquil.

This hotel was a dissappointment from the start. Due to unknown reasons, my room was not ready on time; I could only check in at 6 pm, 3 hours after the official check-in time. The reception staff did not allow me to wait in the lounge even though I made them aware that I was tired from my long journey. I had to stroll round the hotel until my room was ready. The room was badly in need of paint, with a foul smell and unidentifiable stains on the wall. My sleep was disturbed by loud music coming from upstairs at around 4 in the morning. The 'swimming pool' is the tiniest I have ever seen; its actually a joke. The breakfast is poor quality considering the money paid. Won't stay again.

Hello , We are sincerely sorry to read your comment even if we are surprised that you could not stay in our living room or on our sunny terrace or on the edge of the swimming pool. Our maids finish their working day at 4 p.m., when all the rooms are clean, so waiting until 6 p.m. to get your room seems completely incomprehensible to us, for the swimming pool, indeed it is not very big but as a reminder we are in the center of Cannes in the most beautiful district, we are surrounded by the most beautiful hotels in Cannes which do not even have a swimming pool because the price per square meter in this district is inarbordable. We would like to apologize for not being able to provide you with a pleasant stay. Thanks jerry

Hotel Victoria was excellent! Our room was large and comfortable, and we enjoyed the terrace and all the amenities. The staff of the hotel is also extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We also loved the location -- a two minute walk to the Croisette, but set back from all the noise each night so that we could truly enjoy our stay.

We always stay in the Victoria if we are in Cannes. You get fair value for your money, being just five minutes away from the glamour of La Croisette. Only the new price tags of the beverages in the bar are a bit out of a reasonable range. The hotel is a heaven of peace in a quiet neighborhood, has a very nice garden and even a small pool. The rooms are spacious and in perfect shape, separate WC included. Very comfortable king size bed. Water pressure a bit low. Parking is available for a reasonable price. Breakfast has remarkably improved since our last stay. Staff is professional and friendly as every time we stay. Overall, highly recommended!

We stayed for 10 nights. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly (all the reception team speak good English). The location is perfect, close to the Croisette and there are plenty of restaurants close by. We had a room with a balcony which was very comfortable and plenty of space for both of us. Very peaceful.

There is a calm about the hotel if my memory serves me right only 25 rooms. We often felt that we had our own private pool area as few people seemed to use it. Just perfect.

Look forward to returning in the near future.
