The beach is not public - it is hotel's private beach. If you just go to swim it is free - they will even give you towel and you will be able to use dressing rooms to re-dress. However if you wish to use sunbeds and umbrellas you will have to pay. Not sure though whether it is open in April - I would say probably not - as it is too cold yet
