Charming and clean hotel.
Johnny at the desk was a wonderful host and gave us suggestions on things to do and see. The room was clean. It has a nice location on a slight hill, within walking distance of shopping and the beach.

I just got back from a week at Hotel Le Suquet and from the moment I arrived, I felt sincerely welcomed. The owner, who has years of experience at some of the finest hotels in Paris, brought an amazing staff with him to create an authentic, beautiful haven in his native Cannes. This is a small (22-room) hotel with a pool, a garden, completely new rooms with elegant touches such as lovely art and lighting fixtures. The hotel is located right next to the Old Town section of Cannes, Le Suquet. You can be there, or, at the beach, in just a few minutes' walk. Each member of the staff was warm, professional, and took care of anything I needed, including a request for what we wanted for dinner--they know all the best sources in town, and prepared a special fish recipe for us. Truly a special hotel to be enjoyed!

We really recommend this very nice hotel in the old town of Cannes. The Italian couple who runs it are incredible! They are so nice and welcoming, they always meet you with a big smile and give you the best service. At arrival we got a cold refreshment to drink and they carried our bags to the room. The hotel is located only a few minuets to walk from the beach and harbor, and restaurants and shops are also nearby. The rooms are chic and modern. We had a room with a large private terrace, with a nice view of the sea. The hotel serves a typical French breakfast with baguettes and croissants, and a delicious yogurt with granola, and you can also get an omelette. The hotel definitely deserves more than a three star hotel rating! We would definitely stay here again.

During our stay, the hotel opened a restaurant where they barbecue your dinner in the garden, and serve a three course meal of French cuisine. We enjoyed one of our dinners here, with a nice bottle of wine.

The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished and the overall decor and rooms are modern. We had a deluxe double room on the ground floor which was smaller than we had expected. There are no drawers, so you were unable to unpack. There is some hanging space, but no wardrobes. We were staying 7 nights, so we had to frequently access our suitcases which was not ideal.
The breakfast was included in the room rate, but is a basic continental with coffee, croissant and jams. One morning we went for scrambled eggs and were charged an additional 20 Euros which is too expensive for two small helpings of eggs.
The front of house staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help with directions, advice and anything to make your stay enjoyable.
The hotel is located close to the old town, but a 15-minute walk to the centre of town.
Comparing other hotels during our stay, we would have preferred to be located more centrally. We felt the room rate was overpriced for the value the hotel delivered.

We visited this hotel this month. It was super.Paula and Mede were the perfect hosts, informative and helpful.
(It really is only 5 mins from the beach)
The hotel was immaculately clean, fabulous linens ,bedding, really comfybed and pillows with beautiful Fragonard toiletries.
Ice water readily available-a godsend in the heatwave.
We enjoyed time by the pool at the end of the day, again Paula assisted with beach clubs ,taxis and local knowledge.
Definitely 1 to return to.

We stayed at Hotel Le Suquet Cannes with our adult children. It was a short walk to the harbor and old part of Cannes. The staff was exceptional, very focused on service and kind. We had driven a very large van and they frequently helped us park it in their small lot. One day when we visited the beach, they loaned us beach umbrellas. There were several occasions when they truly went out of their way to help us. The hotel is set back in a residential commercial neighborhood just about half a mile from the touristy part of the city with all the good cafes and boutiques, so it's well positioned

Very nice hotel with the best service ever. What a wonderful staff! I never think I have experienced the kind of welcoming and helpful people in any other hotel. They did EVERYTHING to make your stay perfect. Beautiful, newly renovated, small and cozy hotel with pool and nice rooms with spacious bathrooms. Good cleaning. Good location near the beach and close to the old town. A bit noisy by the pool (they should consider a sound barrier against the road) and the breakfast is good but very simple. Highly recommended.

I have to say that staying at Hotel Le Suquet Cannes was probably one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The location is close to everything within walking distance. But what we loved the most is that they made us feel special always from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Specially Medí. He was the best!!! If we ever go back to Cannes we will choose Hotel The Suquet again for sure. Without doubt recomendable!..😍

Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant to us. Breakfast was extra, but very nice. I did suggest a Menu would be a good idea.

I cannot express how wonderful my stay at Le Suquet was! The hosts, Paola and Mehdi go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are absolutely charming, and the accommodations are superb: impeccably clean, comfortable, and anything you need just a request away! I received a beautiful room on the third floor with a balcony and an incredible view of both the ocean (to my right) and the old town tower (to my left). Breakfast is equally lovely, served in the charming garden. The entire experience was positively delightful, and I cannot wait to return. This is the only place I will stay in Cannes, as it was quiet and secluded, yet just a two-minute walk from the heart of old town and excellent dining! Thank you so much Paola and Mehdi for the wonderful visit.
