Fantastic hotel in a great location( 8 minute walk to centre) and the main guy in Reception is a legend who went above and Beyond with service. Next time I'm in the south of france I will definitely be returning.

It's not easy to find a cheap option in the heart of Cannes. The location is excellent. But the rooms are very small and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything happening in the other rooms. Everything. The room itself is very practical. Bed, toilets, everything is small. I had a room with a balcony which was nice. Oh, and no elevator.

If you want to save money during summer in such place like Cannes, I recommend Brimer hotel. All the staff are warm and attentive. The rooms are small and also the bathroom, but everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast is simple but very nice! It has an excelente location! Near to the beach and the mais attraction! I would come back certainly!!!

A lovely hotel in an amazing location in Cannes. Room was compact but not surprising as it was in the middle of Cannes but had a beautiful little balcony. The best part of the hotel would have to be it's staff who go out of their way to make you feel very welcome and I would imagine no request would be too big or too small

Cannes is not necessarily a synonym of affordable and laid back tourism, so I was initially attracted to the hotel because of the affordable prices and the friendly atmosphere it presented. I soon discovered that the efficient and welcoming personal and the was better than I expected. The room was small but had a lovely balcony which totally made up for the space. Also, when you are so close to beach, you want to spend most of your time enjoying the sun, so I never felt the need for a bigger room and very much enjoyed the balcony in the mornings. It is conveniently located not more than 10 minute walk of 3 different public beaches and breakfast was abundant and delightful. I would totally recommend this hotel fro someone who wants to visit Côte d'Azur without having to go for the luxury options that are usually offered.…

We booked this hotel from Fri to Monday on the final weekend of the Cannes Film Festival and the hotel was part of a very memorable experience, really unforgettable. We seen films in the day and then in the evening would go to the festival hall and see the catwalk of stars who were attending to judge the film and the actors who were in the film so we regularly saw the likes of Nicole Kidman, Steven Speilsberg, jane Chapman, Audrey Tatou, Kim Novak to name but a few. While they went Into the festival hall we enjoyed watching classic films on the beach. People were dressed to the nines and the whole experience was so Glam. The hotel was bright and hip and very comfortable we had a nice breakfast each day and the reception staff were very friendly giving lots of advice on places to eat and visit. Even recommendations to go to the two islands which again were breathtaking especially isle st Marguerite on a subsequent visit I also attended isle at Honorat - the boats are easy to get to just beyond the festival centre. Other charming places we visited were Monte Carlo and Antibes. We met other people who stayed regularly in this hotel and they equally loved it - would definitely return and recommend this hotel.…

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this little hotel. The location was very good; convenient for the beach and the old town. The owners were absolutely fantastic. They were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is kept very clean and the the interior is tastefully decorated. All in all this was a very good find, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a small and cozy hotel on a quiet street with very good underground parking. The staff was nice and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked first one week but ended up staying longer, since we felt safe and secure and the rooms were clean and safe for us. noting the troubles other hotels might have in this area (i noted the many bites on many travellers at the playground and the beach..) i prefer to stay with a clean room; i recommend travellers always to check under the bed. if you find surprises (moving ones or just old leftovers) the hotel is saving on the cleaning and i recommend changing hotel. This however was passing the check with great honour. some of the 4 stars have been much dirtier than this cute 2 star hotel. When first entering the room however there was a natural smoked odour (maybe some herbal tea intake from the later guest;) ) but the odour then lessened away. Note that the walls are very thin- i atleast strived to keep our noises to a minimum to be just more... private. This is a good hotel for congress or for travellers coming in at night needing a bed in a safe and nice location. note that I recommend to walk the rue antibes at night since the side streets downwards to the beach (especially around armennonville) seemed to carry with them some noises to the hotel in the nighttime (mostly at fridays and saturdays) and felt just less safe after dark. There was a fridge for the guests use and a freeze- we ended up using that for icecubes and for icecream. The location was perfect situated very close to all shops all restaurants and the beach. The parking worked perfectly as well, easy to park and to come and go. We usually came in when dark fell and showered and went to sleep. The wifi worked semi-ok in the rooms. sometimes there were breaks. The rooms have no extra and are really small, and there are a lot of steps- no escalator. so think twice before booking top floor. There were very little possibility to hang anything to dry if one have to wash up or dry something- therefore many might recommend the balcony for drying beach towels. …

Stayed here for 2 nights driving across Europe. Quirky hotel with really friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Location is superb, right in the heart of Cannes shopping streets and only 15 minutes or so from the beach on foot. Wifi was good, we had a room with a balcony and the windows were soundproof. The walls, however, were not... The only thing that lets this place down is the paper-thin walls. On the second night we got back from our meal at around half 10, I was really ill from food poisoning I suspect, so went to bed quite early... For the entire night "our neighbours" we're getting busy next door, talking, laughing, banging, shouting, you name it they were doing it, all night, and we heard EVERYTHING. They didn't sleep, it got to half 7 in the morning and we heard them leave. We're a young couple ourselves, even we thought this was disgraceful and disrespectful. Not the hotels fault, I know, just bear this in mind if you don't mind not sleeping! Also only 1 parking space at the front of the hotel. (Luckily we reserved it)…

This lovely little hotel is just lovely! The owners are great - professional, really friendly and helpful and just lovely. The location is superb two minutes from Rue d'Antibes and 5 minutes to the beach so really everything is at your doorstep. The room was clean and cool and with the extra little things like refrigerator to use downstairs this lovely hotel is so accommodating to whatever your needs are. I definitely recommend it if you need a getaway to Cannes. And please say hello from me :-)
