Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were sceptical after booking this hotel due to mixed online reviews, however chose to book anyways due to the close proximity of the hotel from the beach and tourist attractions. The hotel is situation in an amazing location with a lovely street directly below it full of cafès, bars, and restaurants, and very close to the local train station, and only a few blocks away from the beach. Staff were very friendly and were able to facilitate our late arrival. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Faced with stairs at entrance, reception first floor - no mention when booking that not ideal for people of reduced mobility.
Parking a nightmare, there is a car park behind the hotel but they don't tell you it's 25€ for the night. Good luck with negotiating the one-way system.
Having said all that, it was clean and comfortable and the receptionist was nice and polite.

This is a budget hotel for Cannes but we were really surprised,it has a lift to all floors and reception is on the first floor.Decorated in a trendy style. Staff were very friendly and Caroline the owner is very welcoming. Our room was on the street and you could hear the chitter chatter of the restaurants below, I enjoyed that.
Cleaner showed me some other rooms which were bigger with better bathrooms.
I loved this quaint place and can't grumble about the price of the room, it's Cannes.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Reception is on the 2nd floor and you need to take the stairs to get there but there's an elevator to go beyond that. The rooms are small and outdated yet comfortable enough. They normally have a breakfast offered but not when we were there because of covid. We didn't have hot water on day 1 but after notifying management it was repaired. The best thing about this place is the location. It's on a nice street in the centre of Cannes, close to the train station and lots is shops and cafes. We'd come down in the morning to a cafe just a couple of doors down for coffee and croissants.

Worst hotel in Cannes. Do not be deceived by their photos as I was.
Tiny, smelly, filthy rooms. Shocking service and criminally overpriced. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
There are plenty of better hotels in the area. Do not even consider this one. Run far, far away

My partner and i stayed here for 4 nights on 3rd week of September. It was a real let down. Extraction fan in the bathroom somehow pumped in stale smoke into our room which was unacceptable. The air conditioning didn't work at night when needed. TV channels in french only, despite the room information file offering just 1 British TV channel. Changed room on 2nd day. Still same issue with rotten stale smokey smell in our room and on our clothes. Room small but adequate. Bathrooms are tiny. To sit on the loo is a sideways manouver to get seated without hitting you're head off the wall. I complained about the very unpleasant stale smokey smell. Hotel staff just said "yes we know".....says alot....they obviously don't care. Breakfast is €7 / person. You get 1 croissant, 1 small chocolate au pan and a small "rock-hard" inedible french stick and just enough luke-warm tea for 1 cup each....that's it. Room was not overly clean, hairs on floor and the shelves for clothes were dusty. Small fridges in rooms rattle and hum all night. Photographs for the hotel do NOT give a proper representation of how small the rooms are. My girlfriend nor i will obviously not be staying here again.

We made a booking for 3 bedrooms in May 2017 and paid 3000 euro in advance of our trip. Now 4 weeks before the convention, they have cancelled our reservation, claimed they have refunded our money (they havent) and it is now too late to find accommodation for 3 senior business travellers in the city centre location at similar rates. Do not go to this hotel.

We booked this hotel over booking.com 3 months prior to the date and payed for it!!! Just a few days before our departure, we got informed, that the hotel cancelled all our reservations, just like that..... as it is a festival season, there is no way to find a decent accommodation anymore.... all this without a single word of sorry and so far without returned payment.

We tried to check in early but were told that our 3 rooms would be ready from 2 o’clock by a very rude, not helpful and impolite person in the reception.

When we came back 3 hours later our rooms were suddenly gone due to double booking.

Due to big conference in Cannes it was quite obvious that they simply had given our rooms to someone who paid more. Shame on you.

Even worse the receptionists attitude was rude and unhelpful. We were simply left on our own without any help.

We didn’t see the rooms but the reception areas seemed dirty and untidy with a strange smell.

The “ breakfast room” was connected to the reception and was practically 3 tables.

Do yourself a favor. Avoid this hotel.

Had a 2-night stay at this hotel. Location is ideal, but that is about it. During our weekend stay the restaurant and bar were booked for events in connection with a convention, giving guests no place to even have a drink, let alone a meal. For such a hotel, this is totally unacceptable. Radisson should be ashamed.

The staff seemed very friendly, so why not gay friendly? I can't imagine they would be anything but. Cannes seems to be a very open minded town.
