We loved our stay at this hotel. It's located a little outside the main strip in Cannes but in a nice quiet area. The beach was about 15 minutes on foot.
The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a little balcony off our room which was perfect. The bathroom was beautifully decorated in blue and green mosaic tiles. There is on-site parking available which was free of charge. The pool side was lovely and had a view of the sea. The hotel also served the best breakfast we have had at a hotel in a long time, the quality of the pastries they served was just fantastic. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was a last minute stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beautiful well sized rooms, and friendly staff. After staying in the centre we loved the new tranquil location, far enough away for some peace but still 5 min drive to get into town. Maybe would not recommend if you didn't have access to Uber or car. One downer was that we found the drinks by the pool to be extremely over priced for what they were e.g. 18€ for a store bought smoothie (price not indicated on the menu) and almost 10€ for some water. Overall though would happily stay again for a short trip as facilities were lovely.

High humidity in room, because of no ventilation in bathroom, strange location of plugs and for hot water for tea has to stand kettle on the floor, smoke from cigarettes from outside - not possible to open window, furniture is used and partly broken, things in minibar looked as already used. For cheap accomodation could be such things accepted, but not for 4* “boutique” hotel. Parking and outside territory were good. Receptionists also ok.

In Cannes there is Cannes and all its daily and nocturnal activities, and there is Cannes la Bocca which is located in the suburbs of Cannes but it takes 30 minutes to reach the convention center, we had come for a large convention which was taking place at the Festival Palace.
Our friends were in the center of Cannes so close to the palace and during the day they had the possibility of returning during the day to their hotels on foot,
we were at the Chateau de la Tour in Cannes la Bocca and it was impossible for us during the day to come back to rest at the hotel because it was too far away.
The staff at this hotel was friendly but not very responsive, you had to wait at least 30 minutes to get a taxi, the food was okay but really too far from downtown Cannes.
The decoration of the rooms was outdated and deserves a good renovation to become more modern,
we had paid far too much per night for this congress, we do not recommend this overpriced hotel to people who have to go to the Palais des Congrès every day

Step by step… not nice at the reception, literally no one. Old room, old bathroom, we asked for sea view like in the description of the room, forget about the view;) at the check-in we asked about the breakfast (to be paid extra) and they said it was “buffet” so the morning after we decided to try and guess what? No buffet, not even a breakfast menu just a “what you guys want?”. Oh yes, the TV, not a single not French channel so we call the reception to ask and they say that they are gonna fix the problem “tv channel” in few months ahahah

It was truly an amazing experience and visit.

Location is very nice, close to the beach and not far away from the city centre.

The staff was nice and warm and made us feel very welcome. They always sought to give us the best service.

Beautifully decorated, spacious room and very clean

Restaurants was excellent
The breakfast buffet which was really good quality food! For breakfast you can get everything what you need, good quality products and I don’t understand bad comments about it. Fresh baked breads, delicious yoghurts, freash pressed juices, good quality salmon, perfectly made scrambled eggs and also chacuteri and cheese to choose from.

The dinner on the tarasse was absolutely delicious!

What more could you want? It was truly an amazing experience and visit, we definitly be back.

I recomend to all: rooms, view, service , restaurant , dinner on the tarrase, stuff and cleanliness

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel grounds and gardens are really lovely. There are gardeners who work really hard everyday. The location is good as it away from the hubbub of the centre of Cannes, but it is easy to reach by car or walking. There is an Intermarche in La Bocca area which is just a short drive away. The internet is intermittent, but overall a nice hotel in which would stay at again.

The Hotel Château is next level and even more magnificent than the photos imply. This is luxury at its finest, every detail is well thought out and every staff member is helpful, kind and accommodating. Thank you to Audrey, she’s been very accommodating to us, we felt like at home during our stay. To Staphania, she showed us the property and very helpful to our needs.

The pool is so beautiful and the restaurant by the pool is nice as well.

The view is amazing specially in the morning.

Thank you again and hope to visit again soon!

Review from American perspective:
This hotel had a beautiful pool, good breakfast, they have parking on site if needed and adorable views all around.
Air conditioning here in Europe just isn’t what it is in the US but at least this room has its own controls which is nice.
This hotel felt authentic and conveniently located. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself was very clean but the rooms were very small and the building was old. The staff were nice. The location was good in terms of being close to the beach but hardly you can find a walking distance restaurant or other stores. Still I do recommend this hotel in Cannes.
