Bedroom, bathrooms and standard of breakfast were excellent and so very little to fault this hotel. It has a very central location, right on the main shopping street (but thankfully there were no noise issues). Sadly, it doesn't have any outside space (rooftop pool area is only accessible for an additional charge of 40 euros per couple per day, which seemed a bit mean). If you are looking for a good value base to tour the area, this is a fine choice - 5 min walk to the promenade and beach areas.

Average hotel, I doubt 4* but spa might have upgraded the hotel. Air con was very good in our room as very high temperatures outside. We absolutely did not like the small toilet cabinet (very small) in the room, the toilet was not in the bathroom which was strange.
Health and Safety - the roof pool is 1.55m deep there are no hand holds to access or egress the pool. There is a 1 m drop which requires barriers see photos. The spa pool is 1.9m deep for the most part, no hand grabs around the pool and no rescue equipment even a life ring in the spa.

I unfortunately dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the bed, well you could plant spuds in the dirt and filth under our bed, cleaning of the room was just pathetic.

I think we will give a miss in the future which is a shame as the Eden is centrally located in a good quiet area.

Excellent Location, right on main shopping street still no noise / disturbance in the late eve

Staff (Katherine, Marjorie, Solennem Hina, Elise, Ghassen, Aziz)

ALL are well educated, speak perfect English, and are EXTREMELY helpful.

They every guidance on shopping, travel, was a bliss

I requested some support on room, which was readily done...wow...

Room size is decent, comfortable beds, every room has bath tab.

Breakfast is superb, wonderful options and kitchen also makes you omlette, fried eggs on request.

Kids enjoyed the Indoor pool, which is open till 10pm.

We stayed for multiple nights, and everything was perfect.

Limited parking in basement, need to be reserved

To whom it may concern,

I stayed at Eden hotel between 12th to 16th of july. Unfortunately,  I had a very bad experience. On 14th of july, in the morning I came to the room back from breakfast I saw the cleaning lady working at the next room to mine. I told her i will leave in 10 min so she can clean my room too. Then i left my fendi sunglasses in the room which i was wearing in the morning. Later when I came back to the room in the late afternoon the sunglasses were gone. I immediately told the receptionist but she did nothing, even she acted like it's my fault because I didn't put it in the safe. I am feeling terrible about this. I want my sunglasses to be found or reimbursed  otherwise  I will write all over the internet about the hotel and say not to stay at this hotel mentioning my experience and lack of the safety in the hotel.

Looking forward to hearing a quick response.

Regards,

This is somewhere between a three and a four star review rating if I’m honest. We stayed here for seven nights as part of a large group touring the French Riviera. Our room was on the 1st floor. The bedroom was a little small but totally adequate. The air conditioning was very good. Insufficient electrical plug points and poor lighting. Shower over bath was disappointing but ok. Biggest issue was the size of the separate toilet. One metre square room meant when sliding doors were closed your knees touched door and it became somewhat claustrophobic at times. Awful design. Breakfast was decent with some hot food, fruit, yoghurts, bread, cereal and juices/tea/coffee. Separate dining room not used as dinner not served until part way through our stay and we preferred to eat outside the hotel. Didn’t use the expensive roof top pool nor other hotel facilities. Very conveniently located on Rue d’Antibes. Would stay here again.

I have not even checked in yet and I called to make an appointment for spa treatments. 3x the reception literally hung up in my face when I asked in French if they spoke English. The 4th time they answered and laid the phone down!! I could hear them talking and one customer asked for something and he told her in plain English that it was on the left or the right! They left the phone laying down for 5 minutes until I hung up. This also explains why each time I called I was on hold for 10 minutes or more each time. No one should have to suffer to book spa treatments!! I will definitely call to cancel the hotel booking if this is any indication of the poor service of this hotel.

Scam alert!

This hotel don't really have an outdoor pool! It's extremely small (less than 10 people can have accès to sun lounge) and it's not included in the room price. This was a big problem having brought kids.
So you end up having to go to beach, where it costs about 50 euro per person per day for sun bed. Or you can buy towels, sun beds etc and bring to public beach yourselves. However, no where to hang clothes for drying in the room.
Otherwise an ok hotel with good location.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go...shopping, restaurants, waterfront. The hotel was clean and offered a good breakfast each morning with a large variety of choices. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because of the layout and amenities in the rooms. They are not designed to be very user friendly. The bathroom had a large almost flat sink with about a 1 inch lip around it, and very low light....terrible for shaving or even brushing your teeth because residue wouldnt wash down, it would just sit on the surface. The shower/tub had a small glass partition that only went about a quarter of the way down the length of the tub and did absolutely nothing to help keep the water from getting all over the floor. We ended up using our bath towels to have to sop up the wet floor so we wouldnt slip and fall. Overall, our experience was good and we appreciated the service and the location

Hi, I did see a couple of children in there with their mother. However when they started arguing and getting a bit noisy she took them away as it is in the relaxing spa area. So they are allowed. Need to note though the pool is not supervised. It is a lovely pool.
