Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I recommend this place to stay, in a very hidden spot, you can discover another part of Cannes, away from flashes and the traditional glamorous places at Cannes, this place offers you calm in a nice villa just in front of the Seaside. You can have a walk and go to the beach without even taking the car. I have to say I had some rearrangements due to some last minute change and they were really flexible with me and managed to get a room at the last moment,

Excellent location to explore the cannes region for business or holiday. Owners have created an out-of-the ordinary atmosphere in the spacious and clean rooms. Within 5 minutes walk you are on the beach and 15 minutes at the city centre. Arrival is personal, hospitable and shows you are treated as a real guest. Only the best seems to count for them. Enjoyed my stay and fore sure would consider again.

My stay at Villa Tricia was a dream, what a lovely place to enjoy Cannes and what lovely hosts did I have.

I came to Cannes for the Lions Festival and stayed at Ingrid & Paul's for three days, they are so kind and warm-hearted that I felt home straight away. You can ask them anything and they have the best tips for either restaurants, bars but also great day trips and secret beaches.

You just have to cross the road to go to the beach and within a lovely 10 minutes walk you are in the lively city of Cannes, but with the great escape to Villa Tricia which gives you the wanted rest whenever you need it.

The house itself is as out of a romantic movie, the rooms are super nice, all you need is there. If you are in an upstairs room you have your own balcony or otherwise your own spot in the colorful garden. Breakfast is delicious and, fresh and super French.

It was an absolute blast staying here, I'll definitely be back

Room Tip: Although all the rooms are perfectly fine, you definitely want to choose one of the upstairs...

The room was placed in the basement where the air was saturated with humidity and musty smells without any ventilation or air conditioning. Extremely poor cleaning, greasy sheets and towels. The structure certainly did not meet the minimum standards and therefore given the bad conditions we stayed overnight elsewhere despite the payment already made. Not recommended!

I have booked with my dad two rooms for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as we spent time with our family not far away.

We could only check in between 5 pm and 6 pm.
When we arrived the person that welcomed us was very nice however when we entered the lobby area it was very smelly (cold tabacco).

He then showned us the rooms in his basement. It was sooo cold in there at 5 pm as the radiator were not on! Then we realised the radiator was not working or working very slowly. The person said it will get warm quickly and will be fine when we get back later on. We got back at midnight and the radiator were freezing cold. The room was also not clean they were dust and spider Webb everywhere and no shutters or proper blind so the street lights at night would unable you to sleep!!!

I decided to leave and got myself a hotel room at the Holiday inn 5 minutes away.

My dad stayed in his room and I met him the following morning for breakfast. Breakfast was not great we were served out of date yogourt and very dry croissant.

We manage to get 100 euros back out of the 217 euros paid for and free breakfast that morning and my dad had to take a room as well at the holiday inn next door for the second night.

Very poor accommodation!!

I loved it here! The owners are so nice and it's very beautiful. It's across from the beach and a 10 min walk into town along the beach. It's very clean and peaceful. Definitely recommend staying at this place!

Its right next to the beach location is fitting for those looking for spending a laid back day on the beach. The hosts Paul and Ingrid are very nice. You can walk upto the point from where the boats to Ile de lerins leave from this place in about 15 minutes and that is where the port of Cannes is locates. The Villa is very neatly run and is an ideal one if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Visited Cannes for work once again and found this wonderful B&B only a 4 min bike ride away from the Palais. Everything was super clean, tidy and in the most marvellous way plain. This Dutch couple, Ingrid and Paul made one feel like home and most welcome. Helping with everything one good think of and available all the time.

The room that I stayed in was spacious one upstairs with a view that made one very happy in the morning. The room was almost too romantic for a short work trip on my own:)

I will stay with these guys whenever they will have me in the future!

Great place to ease out in great rooms after intense business day.

Paul and Ingrid make you feel welcome, but leave you in your own space. 3minute walk to the beach is a daily treat. Next year no hesitations again for a next opportunity.

Thank you both
