Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed for one night. Check-in was delayed because it's only available after 5:30 p.m. until 8 a.m. Family-friendly with buffet meals. Dinner extra. Breakfast included. For the number of families with children, it was very quiet. The pool is large. Rooms are adequate and clean.

This is not a hotel in the normal way you might expect, but rather a holiday complex in a stunning location. Grasse is the perfume capital of France just north of Cannes on the Route Napolean. We arrived at 4pm with absolutely no-one around in reception. They don't expect arrivals before 5pm!

The rooms are perfect for your families with a double bed for parents and 2 bunk beds for kids separated by a door. On a steeply sloping hillside down to a large heated pool. Lots of walking!!

The restaurant is Buffet style ( you have to get your ticket from Reception in advance) and its all you can eat, plus all you can drink with red wine literally on tap. In spite of this the quality of food was OK bearing in mind the fairly low cost of the ticket. Once you've got your mind around how this all works it quite good

It was a very nice and lovely experience. This guy - Remi Berthe, the manager - is the kindest and friendliest frenchmen alive! :) We had a nice stay, good food, quiet neighborhood, everything was perfect!
Thanks again for your courtesy!

We chose this resort as it was a very cheap price and we were attending a wedding nearby.
Check in was easy however we had friends arriving late that night and luckily I got their key as it would of just been left out on reception if not as they only open at some hours. We paid for the all inclusive food that evening which was average but was made to appear that there was more than there was as pudding was the same dish just across 8 plates. The only drinks available were wine or water. Breakfast was poor and if you don’t go early there is nothing left. We didn’t even bother going the second morning. The rooms were clean with a lovely bathroom however no air con and it was scorching hot!!!!! There was also one very thin poor pillow.
The biggest problem the hotel has is the ability to order taxis. We arranged one on the morning of the wedding at 9am to come for 3.30pm and despite lots of calls the taxis never arrived leaving us very stressed about being able to get to the wedding. We actually started walking and it was all uphill. It was very stressful. The hotel manager was called and actually came and found us on route and took us the rest of the way and we cannot thank him enough for that. As we didn’t make breakfast the next morning he also got us all a drink and some croissants. This man was a god sent! Lucky for us we had an alternative way to get to the airport but I would of been very worried if we didn’t. The resort was also dominated by older people who seemed to be having really good fun! Thank you to the manager for helping us!!!!!!!

It's not clear why booking.com lists this place. It's clearly the type of establishment that takes coach tours (possibly from schools but we only saw aged people). This would not be such a problem except that, hidden in their fine print somewhere, is the policy that you are not allowed to check in before 5 pm. They have a nerve to list themselves alongside hotels on a site such as booking.com with such a ridiculous policy. It may be OK for a coach-load of people who have been on a tour for the day but hardly convenient for a travelling couple. We were lucky that a staff member was there by chance. Even then she made it clear that she was doing us a massive favour by letting us in at 3pm! There are only, as far as we could tell, rooms with twin beds; again OK for some but this should be made clear. Grasse is beautiful but stay somewhere else if you can afford it. We will NOT return. (The free wi-fi was hopeless, by the way, but that was a minor problem on this occasion.)

Stayed there 1 night only, glad it was only one night.
Driving down the Route Napoléon to the Mediterranean sea, one passes by the service penitentier (basically huge jailhouse) of the city of Grasse. I was wondering how the cells look like. I got the answer after we checked in at this hotel. If you want to relive the 1970s with dust as a bonus, you found the right place.
It is a pity because the garden is a lovely place, even though it is taken care of with a lot of unionized laziness.

Grasse is a terrible little city where dog s#%^ are plentiful. No wonder it is the capital of perfume...

France is a great museum, it is so successful that basically they do not need to take care of it.

We stayed 4 days in les cedres and we were lucky since we had sunny weather and enjoy the garden and pool all time long in this Cannes festival time.
The staff is so friendly, they were always looking for improving our stay. Our room was clean and spacious (double bedroom with twin beds), with an amazing terrasse with a view. The meal choice is large, and even in the restaurant you can eat on the terrasse. We had no time to experience the tennis court or mini golf, they even have a nursery. For sure we will be back. Definitely a place to go.

We booked this hotel as we were going to Monaco F1 for the weekend and was travelling into Monaco by boat from Cannes. This hotel was cheaper than most in Cannes and allowed us to afford 2 nights. The hotel location is good and the view from the balcony was stunning. The breakfast was acceptable but the thing that let it down was the stain on the bed cover and the fact we lost all electric overnight until we departed. It was a little disappointing in that despite my husband complaining we then still had to pay the local tax! The rooms were adequate with a small bathroom, but the view made up for that. I would probably stay there again simply for the view from the balcony but would complain a little harder next time!

This "hotel" is rather more a package tourist resort, which makes it sound off putting. BUT - it is a gem! The rooms are a decent size, the beds comfortable, the grounds large and green and gorgeous and the pool worthwhile. The staff - especially the Manager - are extremely helpful, and the buffet dinner - at 16 euro including wines - is the best deal in the whole region! The quality of the food served is impressive - so don;t be put off by the impression of large groups or such. This is truly a great place to be based for travels to the region, and for dinner, you would be MAD to go anywhere else. Highly recommended, when I thought it wouldn't be!
