Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough
Lovely location spotlessly clean and charming staff
Breakfast well worth paying extra for and their pastry chef is amazing. Worth noting that pool is closed in February and a limited menu available only in the restaurant but believe by March everything is open and we were given a great price in February for a five star hotel.
Will definitely return !

We just returned from a 3 night stay in June 2022 at this property. We booked a family room as a couple and were very satisfied with the property and staff. It's a boutique hotel which has maintained a low key existence, considering that it's situated in a very convenient area for beaches and restaurants We included breakfast with our booking, which was very good. The housekeeping staff serviced our room twice per day. The outdoor pool is wonderful. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. When we return to Juan Les Pins, we will definitely consider staying at this property again. Jay & Debra S

Have stayed at this lovely hotel before. Still a lovely hotel but all it’s efforts have at present been put into its sister hotel on the beach, the Belles Rives. Unfortunately as all over Europe it is experiencing staff shortages and when I spoke to the owners son he was very candid with me and said all should be back running with evening meals etc by mid July. At the moment if you want anything more than a snack in the evening you must either walk two mins into the town where there are so many good restaurants, or go to the Belles Rives, 5 mins walk away. Having said this we had a wonderful holiday and though changed to SmartLynx airline from easyjet had in my experience, a superior flight home. It’s expensive but worth every penny

I booked this seemingly wonderful hotel to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary next week. Unfortunately my wife fell and is unable to travel next week.

The hotel staff, from reservations through to their head of sales and marketing have insisted that they would charge 50% for the cancellation. This amounts to over £300.

While this may be their policy I asked for compassion and their response was "I am just following my orders" , I appealed to at least provide me credit to stay there at a future date, but this has fallen on deaf ears. I am completely shocked at how unwilling a 5* hotel can be to delight their (potential) customer. Completely shocked.

Great location.

Hôtel is clean and immaculately presented in every way.

Our room had everything you need. Air conditioning was efficient and the room very comfortable.

The reception staff were maybe the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve had the pleasure to meet.

The breakfast staff maybe not so much. We had a bit of trouble on three out of our four day stay, and were made to feel like criminals because our rate was not inclusive of breakfast. Sign before you eat! And, crazily, we were told on the second day we couldn’t have a pot of Americano coffee because the hotel only had 4 pots and they were all in use!

The breakfast thing is the only reason I award 4 not 5. Maybe I was just unlucky.

I celebrated my birthday with Hôtel Juana. I got the most friendliest and most helpful help, I will never forget this. I had to do so many changes and I just got the friendliest help, every time! I recommend reserving with the hotel directly and not via Booking or alike

The hotel is pleasant. The rooms are quite large and reasonably appointed. Our room wasn't properly serviced for 3 days. Water, tea and coffee were not replenished.

The front of house staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.

The dinner food was very poor for a hotel of this calibre and would not recommend eating there unless it were an emergency. The hot breakfast buffet was also very poor - the scrambled eggs were consistently inedible and tasted like, and had the texture of, some kind of reconstituted egg product.

The location is good and reasonably quiet considering the hotel is on a main road.

This review has to be a summary of sveral stays I had at Juana during two years. I mostly stayed there during low season and I appriciated it. They also honored my SLH status so I was even double upgraded a couple of times. The seawiew rooms on the top floor is very nice. The staff were great and service minded for sure. Not too fast in the morning with arranging breakfast so this hotel might not be for business travelers.

We returned to hotel Juanna after 4 years. We love this hotel, it’s central to all the bars, restaurants and beaches.
The rooms are clean, beds are large, bathrooms have everything you need, towels are lovely and fluffy!
Breakfast is lovely sat in the garden , plenty of choice and endless coffee!
We went to Belle Rieve most days for sunbathing and lunch. The food there is excellent.
Then watching the sun go down on the terrace before dinner…
We had a wonderful stay after being away too long.
We will be back again soon!

I do, it's a lovely hotel and so stylish. The beach thing is tricky because they don't seem to have public beaches the way we do in the UK. We didn't go to the sister hotel the Belle Rives but I think the bathing there is more jetty and rock. If you want a sandy beach go around to the east of the peninsula to Plage Keller on Chemin de la Garoupe. It's a lovely spot but I'm not sure if you need to be resident at the nearby Miramar hotel or have to eat at the beach restaurant. Like Italy, plages are expensive in the South of France – just try the Croisette in Cannes! I hope this helps. But again the Juana Hotel is gorgeous and do ask for the room number I mentioned. Juan les Pins is a gorgeous place and there's a really great and truly French restaurant just a few steps away -Le Perroquet. Enjoy. Gregory
