This hotel is probably one of the cutest places I've ever stayed. Our room was clean and bright and just felt very beachy and modern. My boyfriend and I slept so well every day and made good use of the spacious balcony overlooking the water. The bathroom was also very large by European standards, with a good size shower (which as Americans we very much appreciated). We also loved the hot tub on the roof! The staff was very nice and extremely helpful, definitely some of the best service I've ever had traveling anywhere. The location is perfect, right off the water in a quieter part of Menton but an easy walk to old town and to the train station. If you're coming from or going to Nice airport the 110 bus stop is right behind the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Stayed here for three days after having spent a month travelling in Italy. Quick and easy to check-in, very pleasant staff throughout the stay, immaculately clean in the room and elsewhere. I was in a cheaper, rear mountain facing room but even the view from there was lovely!

Breakfast buffet provided an excellent choice of cereals, yoghurts, pastries, croissants etc as well as boiled/scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, cold meats, cheeses. Really quite a comprehensive selection.

My only negative is the squishy stool in the bedroom by the desk. Get rid of it! It's uncomfortable and useless as a writing/computer chair. Replace it with a proper chair to sit and use at the desk! A very, very trivial point really as in the end there were two chairs and a table on the balcony and I just moved one of them into the room and it was fine.

Comfortable bed, air-conditioning worked well as did the wifi. Kettle with instant coffee/tea in the rom, bathrobe and slippers, shampoo etc provided.

Overall clean, with friendly helpful staff. Good value for money. I would definitely stay again.

This is a well-run hotel on the road by the seafront. Our room with balcony facing the sea was in very good condition. There are a few free parking places in front of the hotel, and paying places in the basement car park. The roof terrace is a nice extra, but unfortunately the jacuzzi there was out of order during our stay. Breakfast buffet is good, but you can find simpler fare at lower prices nearby if you prefer.

Room Tip: The higher you are, the less the traffic noise, but it's not too bad at night.

I chose this hotel for seafront, soundproof and 4 star service. I got the seafront room, but not the rest. The receptionist upon arrival was so aloof and could not describe well breakfast she just said it was small, but later on my last day, I saw there was hot choices, she did not explain how to use the parking code. I had specifically asked for a quiet seafront room on top floor to not have to hear loud women walking in heels (inconsiderate). I got a small room, kind of cramped, they had 4 chairs for a small room. The balcony was the best w/AMAZING views. So wonderful to just sit in the sun and hear the waves. So the room was next to the elevator motor, so it was impossible to have a quiet night sleep when I could hear every time someone used the elevator at 23:30, 02:30, 05:30, 06:00 all day. It was terrible. When I complained at the reception to ask for another room, the lady with red hair was so rude and just kept saying that the noise was impossible and nobody ever complained before. Then apparently there was no other room, but from my balcony I could see rooms below were not being used. This was NO 4*STAR SERVICE! Instead simply excusing them of the noise and disruption, accommodating a guest staying 3 nights, the lady was just rude and said they would send someone to fix the noise, but it was not fixed and she just kept making excuses. The fitness area was kind of creepy and after seeing that, I don't know how clean the jacuzzi might be, so be careful. Other than being seafront, this is definitely not a 4* hotel and overpriced.

We stayed here at the weekend whilst attending a family wedding nearby. The hotel was perfect from start to finish - we received a very friendly welcome on arrival, our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable and with great views of the sea. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice for all of us. The staff were all lovely, there was very much a family atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. We can recommend it wholeheartedly and would be more than happy to return.

We stayed here in July 2020 and found the hotel and restaurant to be of excellent quality. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable and the aircon was very welcome. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were very helpful.
The room I had came with a stunning sea view.
I Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again :)

We chose this hotel for our first trip to Menton - the reviews looked good and we're delighted to say they matched our experience. The double aspect room gave us fantastic sea views and we loved the wrap around balcony.
The room was very spacious, clean and tidy - the staff friendly and professional.
We didn't try the breakfast as there as so many nice cafes nearby.

It's obviously right on the road that runs along the seafront so don't expect silence and you do hear the waves splashing against the rocks... but it's only a short walk from all the key places in the town, and there are loads of buses if you want to get around.

Great hotel 10 minute walk to centre òf town. Convenient for local buses and trains.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Rooms with Seaview are exceptional with a balcony overlooking the promenade.
À lot quieter than previous visits - not as noisy with scooters though still lots of firebrigade activity.
Breakfast was very good buffet with fully stocked choices.

Stayed here for 4 nights in the charming town of Menton. This property has been fully renovated. It is well appointed and very clean. The balcony with the sea view is fabulous, as well as the rooftop deck!
Reasonable rates. Would definitely stay here again! Had to park rental car on the street behind the hotel. No issues. The hotel has paid parking but it was sold out during our dates.
