This hotel is located within a short distance of Nice airport and both a tram stop and a railway line are quite close which we found was very good. The hotel itself is quite modern if rather on the basic side. We had arrived well before midday and we were politely reminded that our room would not be ready before 15:00, as published. So we left our baggage and went round the corner to the sister hotel, the Crowne Plaza for a coffee and croissant. After exploring Nice a little we returned after 15:00 to be told that our room was still not ready. Not a major problem but this did put us under time pressure for getting over to Monaco for the evening soccer match there.

Anyway, our room, on the 3rd floor was clean and spacious enough for one night. There were two large single beds, pushed pretty closely together, a flat screen TV, a kettle and limited instant coffee and tea bags and a small table with a chair. We were pleased to see that there were enough plugs to cope with all the electronic equipment that we had brought along with us. The bathroom had a decent sized, walk in shower cubicle. Getting any liquid soap out of one of the wall fixed bottles was a challenge.

Breakfast was included in our room rate. I found more than enough to eat with a good selection including fresh fruit, crispy bread, croissants and pain au chocolat, cereals, juices, cold meat, scrambled eggs and sausages. And plenty of coffee.

Immediately outside of the airport doors start the tram lines 2 and 3.With a 24 hours ticket 5,50 €,you can go to the hotel,in two tram stops (Grand Arenas stop) and there is a yellow-gold big building with the Holiday inn Express and the Crowne Plaza hotel. We prefer for the arrival in hotel the line 3,because the stop is almost outside. For the rest of our stay,we use only the tram line 2,who goes to the center with same ticket. The hotel is a typical holiday express, clean, with very small (!) window rooms,no iron,no hair dry amenities, but with tea and coffee.Very good bed, very good towels, very good tv,terrible Wi Fi (many stops).Very good breakfast and a sympathetic bar and restaurant (inside and outside) of the annex Crowne Plaza hotel. Is a good cheap solution to visit Nice, and with the tram line 2 you arrive easily to the center in 15 minutes ( J Medecin or Garibaldi stops). Also, after 3 stops from Grand Arenas, starts the famous promenade des Anglais with enormous beach for swimming.

My one week stay at this convenient location is wonderful (2 tram stops (line 2 and line 3) and SNCF train stations are only 1 minute away).

The quietest room I've ever stayed;

Laurence replied my email for questions before I arrive, Marco showed me how to take local buses and followed up with my issue for in room phone. Nath is helpful and taught me some French.

Nery nice free breakfast staffs are wonderful.

The Balm restaurant next door prepared outstanding food and guests get 15% discount.

Front desk director Mr. Mendes is very responsive after I sent email to him. He addressed my concerns.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and easy to access from either terminal by free tram ride. The trams and buses run from close to the hotel and it is quick and easy to get into the centre of the city. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. It is very modern in a developing business area of Nice and there are some coffee shops and small restaurants nearby (note most are closed at weekends). The room was a reasonable size and had a large TV which would accept casting from my phone (most channels are not in English). The beds were very comfortable and the curtains were blackout. There was no noise at all and we slept very well. The bathroom was very good with an excellent shower. There is very fast free internet. Breakfast was reasonable but very busy and some items ran out. Parking was quite expensive at 20 Euros a night but it was convenient and secure. Overall our stay was very good and good value so we will certainly stay again.

While this property may be relatively new, it is the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever encountered. The rooms are not large, and if one plans to hang out in the room, this hotel may not be for you, but if needing a great bed and a room for sleep after a day out, or on the way to the airport, this property. Our room was close to the street, but we did not hear street noise. The staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was exceptional. Transportation from the airport is by a free tram with a nearby stop. On the down side, there are not many restaurants close by. The nearest is in the next door Crowne Plaza or at the airport. We know we will be returning to Nice, and we are likely to stay at this property.

We only stayed in Nice for 3 days, so we booked a hotel with fair price & walkable location. It takes only less than 5 minutes from the airport (walk through a small tunnel and crosswalk. It only opened at early 2022, so everything is new in the hotel.

Our room was 814, with a nice view (Although the window was pretty narrow). The bed was cozy and the ventilation was good enough. There were around 4 USB sockets, 2 located beside the bed, and 2 above the desk as I remember. The only cons of the room was the size of the desk. We ordered food deliveries a few times, it was quite tiny for 2 person when having meal together. We did enjoy the Smart TV with its YouTube function and the shower set with nice scent.

However, we encountered some issue regarding bath amenity. Since we arrived at late evening and our toothpaste was used up. We saw the sticker at the bathroom mentioning the hotel could provide some amenities upon request, so we called to the reception and wanted to request for toothpaste. They replied the corresponding staff had already got off of work, so we could only able to get it at the next morning.

For the breakfast, the choice was limited, yet up to standard as a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is located just opposite to the airport which is really great for the people who need a place to stay and have an early flight time in the morning.

The room rate is really reasonable, and it is really nice and clean. The room size is big with a wall flat screen tv. The bed is so comfort to sleep in. You have a boiler pot for coffee and tea in your room.

The hotel staff is so nice and friendly, they are so helpful to the guest. The breakfast is very good here. Only one thing I would recommend them to improve is all about their parking lot. They should have a sign out in front of the parking lot because it is so confuse and really difficult to find it. I have to circle around the premise for 3 round before I can find it.

Located a short walk from Terminal 1 or one stop on the tram(free) to Grand Arenas. We had dropped a rental off at the Radisson and as we had been delayed due to a landslide had missed our flight , I asked for best B&B rate at Radisson (180e)We knew Holiday Inn was 200yds down the road .Very welcoming front desk and helpful very quickly sorted check in.Room on 9th Floor clean smart and totally acceptable not big but still had chair and work table.Shower bathroom ok .
Given 15% food discount voucher for Crown Plaza next door , we ate there it was very enjoyable. Breakfast a little underwhelming, but hot scrambled eggs and sausages plus cold meats fruit etc To sum up EXCELLENT value for money..103e inc City Tax.We would return no question.
