We spent one night in a "Superior Room" with a view. First, the room needs to be updated. The decor was bland and somewhat dirty. The bathtub and sink backed up. Because of the time of year, late October, the air, and all ventilation was turned off. Therefore, we had to sleep with the window/door open and heard traffic all... More

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Sensationally located, fronting the water. My room was very chic and stylish, with all the little extras that made it feel like a home away from home, such as a copy of Vogue Travel upon arrival. Breakfast - a very complete buffet - is served amidst palm trees. Staff is attentive and accommodating. I... More

We enjoyed a week staying at this traditionally styled hotel .Our room was quite adequate and comfortable. we has a bed and breakfast option, the breakfast which was a buffet style was excellent and set us up for a good part of the day !. The hotel is on the sea front and is very convenient for a great walk... More

I would've given this hotel at four. It certainly used to be nice. But it is obviously running out of money. The staff are very very polite. The greatest concern, was the fact that when we pulled up after driving through Provence I had to drop off all my luggage there ( there was a bell man) and drive around... More

There seems to be mixed reviews for this hotel and, indeed my relatives that we were meeting up with had moved out before we got there ! So, arriving with a bit trepidation we were pleased be given room 626 on the top floor. This room is great, clean and modern with tiled floors and a nice bathroom. Although it... More

Lovely friendly staff. The meals were very good quality and reasonable value for an expensive area. The only downside was that the decor is rather tired looking, some of the carpets could benefit from a steam clean, especially in the downstairs communal areas. The hotel on the whole was vey pleasant.

We had 3 nights here in a corner suite on the top floor (Room 606) and the 2 terraces were great with magnificent sunsets and sunrises plus views over the Mediterranean. There was a bottle of wine and some macarons on arrival - that was such a nice gesture. The suite was spacious with a very comfy bed and the... More

The staff and the hotel in general are just great, situated right on the front with cafe bars all around The car parking is a little expense but thats nothing to do with the hotel (23e for 1 night and an early start)

We chose the West End because we enjoy staying at hotels which have some history, character and good views. We had room 610 on the top floor, a small, neat , clean, recently updated room with a narrow balcony - but enough room for an evening aperitif with seriously stunning views of the Med, the action below on the promenade... We had an enjoyable 2 night stay here. Room was well appointed, although a bit small, overlooking the hotel Negresco and promenade des anglais. Power shower , good toiletries and very comfortable bed. Staff pleasant and spoke English although I conversed in French where I could.
