Just returned from a New Years 5day Holliday in nice. We stayed at the west end hotel on the promenade des Anglais. When we arrived our room was not ready due to the New Years celebrations the night before, we had requested the room early at 11 o clock and had to wait until 12 o clock which was fine. The duty...

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the staff in the breakfast room were just plain rude! They looked so sour all the time, whenever you asked them for something it seemed like you were bothering them and I felt really awkward eating there (although the food was really good). My brother in law requested a new cot...

This historic 4-star hotel is welcoming, generous and perfectly situated on the Promenade des Anglais. I was graciously awarded free breakfasts and an amazing top-floor suite upgrade by the friendly and charming reception. All the staff provided excellent service. I would never stay anywhere else in Nice. Enjoy!

This place has it all. Arriving a day after terror hit Nice on Bastille Day, the hotel in the middle, did not fail to deliver in every way. Located in central Nice, on the beach road, opposite a gorgeous privately run beach, the hotel was fabulous. Rooms are large, breakfast is extensive, locals are friendly, and so much more. Close...

Arrived late from the airport to a very friendly and efficient greeting. Shown to our "Superior Room" with sea view which was OK for the amount we paid, whereupon the bell boy tested a bedside light, found it flickering and immediately phoned down to reception which authorised two alternatives, culminating in a delightful "Chambre Deluxe" with two large windows overlooking...

This hotel is far away of being a 4 stars one. The only good thing is the sea view. Period. I was there this last October. The weather was still hot. Many people at the beach and swimming in the sea. Our room was one of the smaller on the floor. The air conditioner was not working. They have a...

My wife and I visited Nice for a very short trip in October, 2016, and had booked this hotel which had been recommended by a friend. This hotel is one of the classic Nice hotels right on the promenade and within walking distance of the old town and everything else. We arrived much later than expected arrival time, and it...

We spent one night in a "Superior Room" with a view. First, the room needs to be updated. The decor was bland and somewhat dirty. The bathtub and sink backed up. Because of the time of year, late October, the air, and all ventilation was turned off. Therefore, we had to sleep with the window/door open and heard traffic all...

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Sensationally located, fronting the water. My room was very chic and stylish, with all the little extras that made it feel like a home away from home, such as a copy of Vogue Travel upon arrival. Breakfast - a very complete buffet - is served amidst palm trees. Staff is attentive and accommodating. I...
