We had beautiful sea view. The room was clean, had interneti and that was enough what we needed. Just cross the street and you could be on the wonderful beach. Next to the hotel was a bakery with fresh croissant and lots of restaurants. Staff very helpful.

Upon finding hotel hard because lots of road works and confusing signs, we were greeted once we had called her down via the phone by the owner who was lovely, she spent time telling us how to get to the old town and what buses to use if needed, then showed us to the room (5th floor) and showed us... We went to NIce for two day stays and found this hotel. Breakfast was a in room service but host missed to deliver the second day. We ended up overslept till 10.30 am which was the check out time. Owner of the hotel is very helpful in looking for a parking spot for us during night time. Recommended due to... More

The owner of this hotel was so very helpful. The hotel is one short junction from the seafront, with bus connections to either airport or port directions. Although the room was compact (being polite .... small) the sea view balcony was such a plus for meals. There was a handy size fridge. The hotel is at a junction and therefore... More

If you want to enjoy the city and only use the room for stay, this is good. Still, we had a fantastic view of the beach from the room. If you are lucky you can get a free parking spot right outside the hotel (on the road). The city center is also not far, you can walk along the beach... More

This is more a B & B than a hotel and needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it to 21st century expectations. It's situated on a main road linking La Madeleine to the centre of Nice and the traffic is intense. It occupies 5 floors on top of a restaurant/brasserie, but there was no noise from... More

First impressions of this hotel were better than the reviews I read on tripadvisor. Our room had a fantastic balcony - no straining necks to view the sea and shutters to maintain darkness in the room for a nights sleep. On that note, we didn't sleep well: 1) noisy traffic 2) uncomfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom/wet room did not... More

This is a basic but reasonable hotel just across the road from the beach. Our room had a balcony with a view of the sea and the evening drunks in the park. the walk to the town centre with restaurants etc is around 30mins or you can catch the bus right outside. The room was ok Patrick the receptionist come... More
